Easy process, but the ring we received doesn't look like the one we ordered.
It was too big, the band was a lot thinner than anticipated, the stone is definitely not 'colourless' and it's cloudy even in direct sunlight.

Would like it better if there were more pics or videos of the loose stones in inventory.

I was impressed with the variety of settings and the customization options. The ring looked amazing and she loved it! One complaint about the site: All the pictures are black and white. I wish I could view everything in yellow gold with oval gems to have a more customized search experience. Overall, I had a great experience with Moissaniteco!
