Great customer service and excellent products

With a very good selection already, the side-by-comparisons was very helpful, as was the ability to see the product in both yellow and white gold. Shopping overall was easy, selecting the size is always the challenge for me, but the site functions well, and the product pictures were fair representations, and the brilliance of the stones is just pure beauty.

I've always been very happy with my jewelry purchases until recently...this last item was not at all what I expected. Of the many previous purchases I've made from MoissaniteCo over the last few years, this last was the only disappointing purchase I've ever made. I'm otherwise very happy with MoissaniteCo!

More pictures would always be appreciated. Also, the search is a little clunky - combined with the bright backgrounds for the jewelry it can be hard to distinguish the difference in the types of items you are looking at.
