I would say the overall experience was good. The moissanite products are a great quality. I think the customer service could be improved by first making it more personal and being able to speak to a live agent. Email and chatting just doesn't alway seem to be the most effective means to communicate. The company should also work on improving how they resolve issues with customers. I had an issue with them which I don't feel was handled well and that was disappointing. I think speaking to a representative could have helped clarify things, but all I could do was email. Moving forward, I would just go with another moissanite company that has customer service representatives that you can speak to on the phone. Especially if you're making a large purchase, it would be nice to speak to a live agent if any issues arise.

Customer service is awesome and my order gorgeous. I love my ring so much that I asked them to design a wedding band to compliment my engagement ring. The design team has been wonderful in answering questions, making sure the design is perfect before starting to make the ring. I am so happy with my engagement ring and I'm sure they will do fantastic with the band.

Craig helped me via email get the matching wedding band to the Engagement ring I already purchased. Very quick and friendly. He even sent me the link to save time. Fiancée loves her ring and can't wait for her matching band! Update: she loves her wedding band too!

The only problem was trying to decide which ring to buy. Customer service was awesome and answered questions and followed up with an email Purchase was processed quickly with no hassel.

I appreciated that customer service was able to help me find and order the matching band to my ring that was no longer listed on the website. The price did go up, but that's always a risk of not purchasing it up front. It came on time and is beautiful!
