The entire shopping/delivery experience with Moissaniteco.com was outstanding. The product was beautiful and arrived when promised. All contact with them has been very professional. I highly recommend the products and services they provide.
I purchased a one carat radiant loose stone that I wanted placed into a ring that already had two existing round diamonds. The price was about 1/10 of a real diamond so I was quite pleased with the cost. The stone was shipped on time and boxed very well. I paid the extra $100 for the "forever brilliant" and was not disappointed. The only thing I do notice is that in certain light, the moissanite is a bit off color compared to the real diamonds sitting next to it, but I do realize that they are two different stones and this might not be the case if the moissanite was a solitare. Overall, extremely satisfied with my experience.
I am very pleased with this company. I had email many questions about some of the rings from the website,and got answers very quickly. I will definitely by more jewelry from them because they have very good costumer service, and the pieces that I bought are beautiful.

My wife and I loved the way the engagement ring looked when we first got it but we have had to send back the ring 3 times for side stones falling out. The last time we were told that it was our fault for the side stones falling out which really upset us. We were hesitant on ordering the matching wedding bands for the wedding set and now we wish we didn't get them because the side stones fell out of the two wedding bands. I am in the process of sending back the rings to get fixed. I would not recommend any rings with side stones from MoissaniteCo.com but I would recommend any other jewelry. I do wish they had a phone number so we could talk to customer server.

The ring is absolutely beautiful, my fiance loved it and all her friends are jealous. I'm so glad i did my research before spending on a diamond.
