I bought an engagement ring for my now wife and when I got it in the mail, I could not believe how stunning it was. The customer service I received was fantastic, although the time it took to get the ring was quite long. Overall, I am very pleased with moissanite.co

This is my fourth purchase, (sapphire ring Princess Diane style) in white gold. I have it in yellow gold as well which should be a testimonial of quality and price. I love it, it is very beautiful, I had gone to purchase this same ring in the brick and mortar stores and the price was outrageous. Actually mine rings look better and I paid a fraction of the cost. Don't get me wrong I have some exceptional diamonds, but I also like diversity and simply can't afford much more of the real thing, so this is my best kept secret. Who would know unless you tell them?

My Moissanite diamonds are gorgeous. I purchased lose stones - trillion cut and make custom earings. I get so many compliments and will definitely shop here again! Customer service was A#1 as well.

I love how the website was very easy to browse and look at things as I please (over and over again!) as my future husband and I picked out the perfect ring. I felt the pricing was very fair. We ended up getting the one that was at the high end of the budget, because at the end of the day, this is a ring that I will have for the rest of my life and I wanted a ring I would be proud to wear and a ring that would mean so much to me every time I look at it. The only reason I gave 3 stars on delivery time as opposed to 5 stars was because I wanted it yesterday, not in 2 weeks! But in the end it was totally worth it. I would definitely make a purchase from this company again.
The moissanite ring was excellent quality at a reasonable price. The only problem was the New Zealand import authorities, the ring was greater than a minimum amount and was therefore subject to Goods@ Services tax. This increased the cost of the ring by 15 % and the process was very bureaucratic. I also believe that I could have avoided this tax by having it delivered to a UK address.
I bought my fiance's engagement ring here and it was a decent experience. I was satisfied with the quality of the ring and my fiance was as well. I had a complaint because I misunderstood when I would receive my ring, but when I contacted customer service they really helped me understand what was hapenning and we resolved the issue in a timely manner. Moissanite Co has good products and excellent customer service!
The center stone was more yellow than I had expected with the forever brilliant stones, but beautifu l otherwise. When contacting the customer support team the were short and a little rude. However they responded very quickly.
Purchased an Amora moissanite and I cannot say how pleased I am with this purchase. I had wanted an upgrade for my center stone, which was a diamond. I LOVE the moissy. It sparkles more and I have gotten way more complements.
My husband surprised me with a new moissanite wedding set for my birthday. The set I've always wanted that we could never afford. It's so beautiful and I get compliments on it often! We could not be Happier. It did take little longer than they said to ship but I think part of it was I was anxious to get the ring. I ordered a more antique setting and it came out beautiful. She is constantly smiling it and moving it in the light. The 'sparkle' is crazy and creates little stars when we are in the car from oncoming headlights all over the ceiling. It was a lot of money and I was worried ordering, but everything was great!

I purchased my wife's wedding set here in 2014. She couldn't have been more pleased. We came back in 2015 to purchase my wedding ring. We get so many comments. Our friends think the stones in our rings are the most beautiful "diamonds" they have ever seen.
