I asked the customer service department a few questions before my purchase and the were very responsive, polite, and helpful.

Once I made a decision, I bought a ring that was a little too big for my liking once I received it and was able to inspect it in person. MoissaniteCo allowed me to exchange the ring for one more suited to my tastes and refunded the difference as a store credit. Every thing was done in a nice and timely fashion.

I appreciated their help in sorting out any questions I had or issues I came across during the purchasing process and they really helped remove any risk or concerns from making a purchase like this online.

I ordered an engagement ring from moissaniteco.com and I am completely satisfied with the rings beauty and blown away by its brilliance and clarity. My fiancée gets awe inspiring compliments by everyone who takes notice. It is nice to see her walk around proud as a peacock, showing off her ring, and getting complimented! I was initially nervous about ordering a ring online; from not being able to physically see it to not being able to talk to someone. I even had to contact customer service to change the size after the initial order. However, their customer service responded promptly, made the change without incident, and the ring arrived sooner than I expected. Since my first purchase with Moissanite & Co I have come back to purchase again and again! Based in Australia, at first I was worried about purchasing online with an overseas company but every transaction has been smooth, hassle free and I have received my items beautifully packaged within a week. I have always been very happy with the quality of the items I have purchase and I know I will be shopping again with them again in the future!

I had a great experience ordering from Moissaniteco.com. I had spent a great deal of time doing research on various companies and ultimately decided to go with Moissaniteco and was not disappointed. The ring was well priced and looked beautiful. My fiance loved it and even several months into our engagement she continues to get compliments on it. It looks just as great as a good quality diamond and better than a poor quality diamond. I got the amora one so my comments apply to that one. Overall I'm pleased with the order. I also had a great customer service experience when I was considering replacing the diamond for another one - they gave me no trouble.

After doing a lot (I mean months worth) of research, my now fiancé and I decided on a Moissanite ring. I picked out what I wanted for her (a 1.3ct square Forever Brilliant stone). I was VERY worried about basically everything. Was the stone going to be too small, was the band too small, what did the band and stone look like together, did I accidentally order a Forever Brilliant stone AND another square stone? I was a mess. I emailed Moissanite to ask all of these questions probably 15-20 times during the order process. I never received anything other than excellent customer service. The people who emailed my answers back (most often someone named Mike) were extremely nice and understanding. I proposed in Italy last July and she said yes. She absolutely LOVES the ring. The ring is exactly what we were looking for. It is now November and the ring is still as perfect as the day it shipped. We have had NO issues! We will definitely be coming back for more purchases in the future (first off the wedding band to go with the engagement ring!). I HIGHLY recommend anyone who is thinking about getting any kind of jewelry to go with Moissanite.

I've been shopping with MoisCo for the past 5 years and they have never disappointed! I've purchased stones as well as preset rings and have always been extremely pleased with my purchase! The quality of their stones are very high end, in fact my jeweler didn't know my ring was a moissanite until I told him. My stone from 5 years ago still sparkles as bright today as it did the first day I received it. I would recommend MoissaniteCo to anyone looking for "affordable high end bling" and will definitely be a loyal customer in the future!

I ordered the ring for my engagement and the purchase experience and the ring itself couldn't have been better. 2 months after the purchase of the ring, a smaller stone came loose and fell off so I sent the ring in for the stone to be replaced and the ring to be resized. Now after 6 months after the purchase, two more small stones have fell off. I love the ring, it's absolutely beautiful, but the loose stones are starting to leave a bad impression regarding the ring and its quality.
