First time buyer are difficult to trust the company are not able to talk with a live person, only contact by email. That is biggest issue with your company to sale a product to a first time buyer like myself. Also, I am well knowledge on the Moissanite stone that I bought few in the past ten year. At the time, I end up contact your manufacture company to find out your company are legit or not because I have to pay few thousand dollars first and wait the product arrive in three week. For that reason, it is the most problem for the first time buyer to have a piece of mind. If you can find a way to prove it to a new buyer and I believe your company will make more sale. However, I am glad to spend the time to investigate your company and went ahead to purchase 3.5 canary yellow are beautiful and awesome looking setting ring. We are going to purchase the second item with your company soon and we are expect it beautiful as well. Thank you very much to your staff to make the product excellent and arrive it safely.

I've done my research on diamonds and thus felt very comfortable with what makes for a good one. Since these aren't diamonds with the appropriate certifications I was flying blind a bit but I had read enough reviews to make me feel like the choice I made was the correct one even if the stone was sight unseen. My expectations with the final product have been met and perhaps exceeded. It's a beautiful piece of jewelry that my wife loves and is complimented on often. Will order again.

Customer service was very good and most of it is done via web chat. The color of the basic stone is OK so the upgrade to the higher quality stones is worth it and recommended. The main issue I had was when I had the ring resized (down from 5.5 to 5.0) it did not turn out that well as it appears it was almost "flattened" or "smooshed" so that it was tighter. The band doesn't look that great now. If it wouldn't have been for the guarantee of the stone I would have preferred to have a local jeweler do it and feel the result may have been better. Overall, I would certainly buy again, but would make sure A) sizing was right so no rework has to be done (I did order the ring sizer and we were still a little off) and B) would get the highest quality stone they make.

Diamonds are ridiculously priced and this product is a great alternative (no one knows it isn't a diamond unless we tell them so it is just as pretty, if not prettier). Save your money and don't support a terrible industry like the diamond industry.

I made an error in my order with how I requested an upgrade to the Forever Brilliant, and the customer service to correct my order and deliver my ring exactly the way I wanted was fantastic. I've purchased 3 pieces of jewelry through Moissoniteco.com and I love all of it. I get compliments all the time and everyone assumes I am wearing high end diamonds. I highly recommend getting the best quality moissanite, it's worth it in the long run. I bought a 3 stone ring that retailed through Costco (same design and carat weight) for $8k and I got the Forever Brilliant moissanite version for a little over $1k. The quality of the rings is impressive. These are not thin gold rings at all, they will last a lifetime. And I love that you can get just about anything in yellow gold, which is what i prefer, It is very hard to find that with the current trend toward white gold. I am truly a very satisfied customer.
