The Moissanite staff has been very professional and provided exceptional customer service during each correspondence I have had. I initially thought not having a contact number would have been an issue, however, they attend to their emails quickly and answer every question that I have. The company has been very accommodating to my requests and have went out of their way to ensure important dates have been met with quick shipments. The items I have purchased are beautiful and cherished by my wife. The 2.2 ct cushion cut purchased 2 years ago still sparkles to this day. My wife loves her jewelry and, being an avid diamond wearer in the past, has no regrets on her switch to Moissanite.

I've made multiple purchases on MoissaniteCo.com over the last few years.

1. Engagement Ring: This ring was gorgeous! We knew what we were getting ourselves into and received exactly what was expected. The quality of the workmanship is a 4/5 - upon closer inspection, you could see that not all the stones sat level within the metal but it's held up the last three years so no complaints.

2. Stud earrings: Initially, this was our favorite purchase! With the large stone in the engagement ring, we at times definitely saw the double refraction or the slight discoloration of the stone. However, in earring form, moissanite is amazing! Bright, shiny, white. My wife wore these every day. Unfortunately, after less than a year, the threading wore done on one earring and we've been meaning to email for a repair.

3. Wedding Band: This band was purchased about two years after the engagement ring. When we initially contacted customer service with questions about cost differences between metal types, we only received one answer with a price quote for matching band of the same material we had purchased before. Rather than going back and forth, we went ahead and purchased the band that was presented. The band matched the ring perfectly but we always wondered if we would have purchased it had we been presented with other options.

We had a great experience with MoCo. I knew before we got engaged that I didn't want a "real" diamond - we couldn't justify the expense, especially given that they're overpriced. Someone told me about Moissanite, and I'm so glad they did!

I was very pleased with the customization options you have as a customer. Most jewelry stores will either sell you a pre-built ring with a stone that may or may not actually look good, with no choice on the buyer's part, or they'll let you pick your stone, but with steep prices on settings and exponential costs for higher-quality stones. On MoissaniteCo, everything was very reasonably priced, and you are allowed outstanding choice in building the ring YOU want. YOU pick the stone size and cut; YOU pick the setting; YOU pick the metal color. If they can make it happen, they let you pick it, and everything is completely transparent during the process. I was also very happy to see the ring size options - I have an unusual ring size, and most jewelry stores pigeon-hole their rings into 5, 6, 7, and 8, with resizing fees if you wear anything else. MoCo let me choose my size, with no extra fees. And, to top it off, the selection is immense.

My ring is beautiful and looks exactly like I expected it to, and the stone is more beautiful! I've worn it for almost a year with no problems whatsoever, and receive compliments almost every time I'm out. I would happily recommend -- and already have to several friends and family -- MoissaniteCo to anyone looking for a diamond alternative for a very fair price.

I was unsure whether or not Moissanite was a quality product. Every time I walked into a jewelry store in my local area I was told by the sales staff that it wasn't as good as a 'real diamond'. I heard that over and over again. I wondered how much of it was truth vs how much was their desire to talk me into perceiving moissanite was sub-par in some way.

I am beyond thrilled to have bought this, about a year later now, in hindsight. My (now) wife thoroughly enjoyed showing off the ring to her friends and family. Strangers in the elevator were wowed by it, enough to comment on it. And it still looks gorgeous (no fading, blemishing of any sort). Good stuff!

The price was amazing too. For the amount I paid on my ring here, had I bought it for my wife somewhere else and gotten a 'real diamond' I would have gotten a much smaller one for the price and probably felt rather disappointed. Good buy overall and I recommended this site to friends on the cusp of getting engaged.
