I'm very glad about my purchase. The product is great! The service was awesome and the shipping fast. I would recommend it.

I have several moisanite rings from other companies, all great, no problems. This has been the only moisanite that has gotten an oil stain look on the top of it. I sent it in for a cleaning to have it removed. The company said it was from makeup and oils. I won't order another ring. It's beautiful but if I have to be careful with everything I do than I'll pass.

I asked for customization to a ring design and communicated via email and the process was easy and the ring was made just as I had asked!

Love the quality and customer service. Friendly and knowledgeable. The mounting of the stone not so impressed but liked.
