Fantastic website that offered all I was looking for but couldn't find anywhere else. A lot of choices to be made but all done so easily. My only niggle was with the delivery firm who were a bit of a hassle to deal with but eventually received my package.

Excellent experience overall. Purchased forever one earrings and I'm now confident in purchasing a forever one engagement ring as well. Great quality and fast shipping. Only comment (and this applies to C&C and not MoissaniteCo); would appreciate if C&C provided a sku with their moissanite to verify the grade upon registration on their site.

My initial experience of purchasing my rings was very uneventful and so pleasant; I love my rings. However, I lost a stone and after chatting with a representative seeking and following directions given to obtain guidance on how to have my ring repaired at my own cost. I had not heard a response after 48+ hours as indicated. I followed protocol to contact the company before resubmitting request but 4 days later I have lost confidence in the company's ability to provide information much less entrust my rings to be repaired. I am going to forfeit the repair contract and have a local jeweler complete the repairs.
Update: The email I initially received that was supposed to provide the necessary information did not; this may have been a mistake. A second email was sent in response to my complaint which drew attention to the previous one but now included the needed information. By then I had already ordered my stone to have replaced by a local jeweler. I have had a good experience otherwise and so will attribute this mishap to a mistake and not neglect.
Working with Chris could not have been easier. Emails and questions were answered quickly. I'll look forward to receiving this engagement ring.
