Check out was quick and I prefer using paypal to pay for orders so I was glad to see that it was an option. I think it would be helpful if there was a way to sort or filter the rings by price. I love, love, love my ring! I had several communications with customer service and they were always quick to respond. No issues whatsoever.
So far it was ok.
Very easy to navigate web site and easy check out. It would be nice to have pros and cons for each stud setting since I have no clue.

It's been around for a long time, since I looked at moissanite rings a few years ago... selected a few ring designs... and they were still in my account when I came back to actually buy a moissanite ring in December 2016! The delivery company was horrible - but that was no fault of MoissaniteCo. I'm in Canada, and was definitely not happy with the FedEx experience. That's really the only complaint I have. For some reason FedEx hates me - twice this year I've had problems (once with an order from a different company).
Ordering has been quick and easy. The engagement ring has caught the eye of everyone who sees it because of the sparkle. My fiance said her coworker who has a ring costing 16x as much does not have the same level of shine and sparkle.
Good selection, prompt email replies, though a phone # to call to answer quick questions would be nice.

Excellent web site and customer service. Would prefer to talk with a person rather than online chat, however. Awaiting partial return credit.
This was the only site where I found a design like what I was looking for. Additionally, when I found the design I liked, I didn't notice the stones that I wanted, but a quick e-mail to the support pointed me to a different page with the right specifications. After a couple days to think about it I made the purchase. The ordering process was incredibly quick. The ring arrived a couple days early which was great. My only complaint is the return policy - 30 days from when the item was shipped. I don't see why there is a time limit as long as the ring remains in original condition.
