She loved the earrings, but being limited to shipping via FedEx is a major pain in my area - they only deliver from 8-4 (when normal people work!) and would only let me hold the shipment at a shipping center - which is a 2 hour drive for me.

Started the process to get a custom ring made - so far, the service has been excellent. Looking forward to completing this process my custom made ring.
It took about 2 weeks to get my design by email and I had to ask for it. Apparently, it was sent but I never received it. It went very fast to get the ring made and shipped. It wasn't exactly what I was expecting, but it is still very beautiful. The stones are beautiful and I would definitely order Moissanite stones again.
