My MoissaniteCo experience has been mixed: my ring is beautiful and compared to a diamond, it was a really good value. I received it in a timely manner but that's about where the easy/positive experience ends. I had checked the box prior to ordering asking someone from Moissanite & Co to contact me after the ring I ordered was delivered but until receiving this survey in my inbox, I never heard a word from anyone. The ring came smaller than I had expected and I had tried waiting to discuss it with a Moissanite & Co representative when they contacted me, but of course had no luck. I tried contacting them via phone but couldn't find a number to use and tried talking to someone on their Chat Now feature but she wasn't helpful at all. I ended up having to bring my ring into a local jeweler for assistance. I chose to keep the ring that was sent to me but shortly after taking off the white tag (making a return impossible), I found a small imperfection: I have a main center stone with small stones on either side on the band, and where the small stones meet the base of the main stone, one side is uneven. It's not really noticeable but it bugs me nonetheless. Also, pretty much anytime I put my hands in my jacket pocket my main stone has all kinds of fuzzes stuck under the prongs, which my previously rings never did.
Because of my frustrations I already submitted a review of Moissanite & Co on their website, which was subject to managements review prior to posting, and not surpringly I haven't heard a follow up from anyone to discuss my complaints.
At this point I've been wearing my ring for about a month (or a little less) and while it's beautiful and very sparkly, I would recommend buying your jewelry elsewhere as their customer service is non-existent.

I originally received my ring early February (2017), and there was an issue with one of the prongs. I was fairly concerned because I had heard/read so much negative feedback regarding returns. None of the negative feedback was true of my experience. Once you understand that this is COMPLETELY online company, the fact that you are working through chat instead of phone is fine. It's true, the people on chat don't have all the information you would like, but they were able to get me in contact with someone who did - Chris. Chris always responded to my messages quickly (within 12 hours), professionally and with empathy. They express shipped the corrected ring (which came back beautifully and my fiance can't stop saying how much she loves it) and it got to me with plenty of time before the date I told Chris I was hoping to propose. I'm very thankful for this company and their customer service and after my experience, I think 99% of the issues I read could have been solved by the customer reading and following the return policy and understanding that this company operates completely through online avenues.
