I purchased a ring which I had to return due to sizing. I understand this was my fault because I didn't double check my size on different times of the day as suggested. I felt that after my purchase they were not as eager to help me as before my purchase. Overall, I was satisfied with the second ring I recieved but I dont know If I would recommend this site or buy from this site again.

Great quality (absolutely beautiful!), very informative and easily navigable website! Only problem I had that was my fault was the size of stones I ordered. I thought I was getting 1cts earrings but 1cts was total size so my earrings were 1/2cts. Still stunning so I decided to keep them. Now I'll have to order another pair and have different sizes to choose from.

Chris in the sales department was able to find a ring no longer available on the website for me to purchase as an anniversary present for my wife!

Easy to use website, quick response email from customer service on any question I had, and great layaway options. I love my eternity band so much, Moissanite stones are so much more beautiful than I ever expected! Quality is top notch, I will return for more.

A year and a half in to my initial purchase at moissanite co for my fiance, her ring has held up wonderfully and has proven to be quite durable. I happily have returned to buy her wedding band for our upcoming wedding.

Overall experience was great, pricrs eere reasonable and the sales reps were really accommodating. However, when i received my ring it was on the wrong size... i ordered a size 7 but what i got was size 5 (as confirned by a local jeweler) abd i have to have it resized locally as i am from another country so its quite difficult to send it back for repair

Every question I had was answered quickly and so far it has been a good experience now just waiting to receive the ring. The ring was great. We went shopping for wedding rings and the people working at the jewelry store could not tell it was moissanite. They were under the impression that moissanite is always colored. We did get the forever one.
