I was so impressed with every aspect of this company I cant even believe it. The setting is gorgeous, and my fiancé is over the moon happy with it. My distaste for the diamond industry drove me to seek something that fit my personal beliefs, and feelings, and your company exemplifies what a professional jeweler should be. I realized after I placed my oder that it wasn't going to arrive by the time I needed it, and when I contacted Chris at customer service he personally made it his duty to make sure I got this ring on time. I have never been more happy with a company, online or not, and I have definitely found my forever jeweler. I cant thank you guys enough for this amazing experience. From all my friends who have proposed to their girlfriends, all I have ever heard is how stressful the ring buying process was for them, but for me it was one of the best part of my engagement. Seeing my girlfriend everyday and knowing I was going to propose to her, and knowing that there was a company who was busting their butt to make sure that happened by the time I needed it to, is indescribable. So much of what we experience in the is world is people telling you what they wont do for you, or how they don't have time for you. This company is not that company. This is a company who values their customers more than anything, and I cannot say enough about how much that means to me. Thank you all so much for this amazing experience. You made our engagement happen!

At the beginning everything was wonderful.
The price, the quality.
What I am not satisfied is the communication with the representative.
I asked on Friday when my ring would arrive and it would take 2-3 days (I would be out of town), so I asked for it to be overnight-ed and I paid the $40. Well it turns out my ring was already attempted to be delivered Friday morning and they then had me pay for overnight shipping for it to be delivered Saturday morning before my flight (When in reality it was already mailed)
I missed the opportunity to receive the ring because I was not given the right date.
When I sent an email explaining my unsatisfactory and requesting to be refunded the $40, I did not even receive and apology or explanation. Just a receipt for the refunded amount.
The quality and and price are wonderful, but I do not appreciate the lack of customer service at the end.
