It was great seeing multiple live shots of the ring(s) and greatly helped my decision.
Only problem I had was being able to filter by price. It just doesn't exist and I would love to filter out rings that are out of my price range. But other than that, perfect

Was easy to customize and place order, however, having to communicate with a sales rep via email was stretched out. Even though response time was within 24hrs, having my questions answered via a phone call or online chat would have reduced my "pre-order" time from 3 days to a few minutes. From a consumer perspective, I would feel much more comfortable communicating with a sales rep in real time, especially when dealing with purchases such as engagement rings. That being said, the quality of the responses was up to par and very smooth. So far, my experience has been good. The ring is absolutely stunning in person. We are both extremely happy with the final product and will most likely be returning customers down the line.
