The ordering process was super easy and convenient. I am impressed by the amount of education on this website and I am very thankful for the express service.
So many choices, I was able to build what I wanted. So anxious to see it in person! I was unhappy with the ring, the metal was way to frail looking for the size of the stones. I tried several times to explain what I wanted but the only way to communicate with is by email and chat, which several of my emails were not answered, the string of emails were disjointed so you could follow them in order. It seems like we are getting closer to an answer but the process has been a cumbersome long and aggravating.
I ordered these earrings for my sister and she loves it! Perfect size and brilliant! The only issue we had was that many of the earring models and serial numbers were similar to one another. I had to double check many times to ensure I was ordering the correct pair for my sister.
Great selection, great options, nothing I didn't like. If anything, too MANY rings (but in a good way). Would be nice if there was a way, other than via the Search Bar, to narrow down the types of rings you were looking for. But that works, so it's not a big deal at all, just some people might not have the intuition to do it like that.
