Stay away from this website! I ordered several items from Mofylook.com and never received any items. When checking the tracking number, I noticed they were delivered in July to an unknown address in New York although I reside in California. I immediately demanded a full refund by contacting customer service. It is now November and I have yet to be refunded. Now that I am seeking legal attention, Customer service decides to go silent and not respond to any emails. Also, they do not have a phone number or any other methods to contact them. MOFYLOOK IS A SCAM! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

I live in Brisbane. I ordered 3 pairs of boots on 7 June 2020. On 10 August 2020, my order still hadn't arrived, so I emailed Mofylook to find out why. On 19 August, Mofylook emailed that the parcel had been delivered. I checked the delivery number with Australia Post, and they told me the parcel had been delivered to a Sydney address. On 20 August, Mofylook said they would send me a new order to be shipped within 7 business days. The order hadn't arrived by 13 September so I asked for an update, but received no reply. Same actions and results on 4 October. On 13 October I received this reply, "Sorry for any inconvenience, We will check with Logistic Company for your parcel." Nothing since then. After more than 4 months, still no boots.
Finally, after 6 months, I received a full refund, but only because I'd paid using Paypal and they interceded on my behalf. Using Paypal for online purchases is great insurance for situations like this. (I don't own shares in Paypal.)

They never shipped my product sent me emails to buy time... Blaming covid-19 on shipment issues. They even gave me a fake China Post tracking number. That was fake!
But after some detective work if you want to contact a real scammer and actually talk to the scammer let me give you his details... Nine? One*nine!

Oh my God I almost popped a blood vessel I had to call my bank cancel my credit card and put a fraud alert on my account because of this scam company! Do not buy anything unless you know it is a US company when I originally placed this order I had no idea it was coming from China by way of a Nigerian! It was on Etsy and it was on Facebook buyer beware Google and research your company before you give them any money!
When I dug into their past there's like 18 different companies that are bogus and like 18 other companies are scams... Under the same bogus umbrella company. If it's not made in America you don't need it!
BUY MADE IN USA ONLY! THEY'RE JUST RIPPING US OFF YOU GUYS!
AND WHAT I PULLED UP MY BANKING INFORMATION IT WAS BILLED AS NUCHU WITH A BOGUS PHONE NUMBER. THE ONE THAT I GAVE YOU ABOVE THIS SENTENCE IS REAL. SO GO FOR IT!
