I ordered clothing without realizing it was an oversee site. Waited and waited. No package. Contacted their "support" site. Was told they would track it. According to them the package had been delivered in Puerto Rico instead of Vermont, where it was supposed to go. Said they would contact the delivery company. Never heard anything back. Contacted them again. They offered to either resend the order or cancel it with a refund. Fed up and chose cancel everything. Got a response that my refund would show up in 10 days. No refund. Have contacted them twice since. No response. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE!

Thanks to everyone here who took the time to post their experience with this dreadful company, I was able to get my money back through Paypal.
I ordered a top and then after doing some research and seeing how they have scammed people before me on here, I attempted to cancel the payment on Paypal and to my surprise saw that it was already "completed"! I immediately contacted them via email within an hour of placing my order asking that they cancel it. The following day, 12 hours later, I sent them another email requesting to cancel. 3 days later I get an email saying," too late to cancel. Order has already left the warehouse on the way to logistics"
I replied with, " I doubt it. I'm notifying Paypal of this situation". The following day I get an email from them saying, "Your order has shipped" along with some bogus tracking number.
The following day, I phone Paypal and was told by the support person that if I didn't get a follow up email within the next 5 days with a proper tracking number, that I was to file a dispute. I did and immediately got my money back. Just a word of encouragement to everyone, " Lets shut down these scammers"!

I ordered a jacket and it was very poor quality. It did not match the description at all. Stay away.

It's a scam. I have a $1k sweater I bought from Bloomingdale's, and they are advertising the exact same one for $42. Don't do it. I came here to add a review to warn folks

Never shop at this site. They never deliver to a right address and never answer to my questions. I ordered two pieces of shirts and they sent it to a wrong place. I complained and asked for a refund for it many many times and they never answer.

Stay away from this company. Ordered a dress in March and never received it. Was told they would send replacement. Never got that either. Tried to get a refund and no answer to my most recent email in the beginning of June. They take your money and don't deliver.

Ordered some dresses from here March 2020. Twice told China Post delivered my items. Not true. Monica responded to me twice but never responded to my last emails this year. I'm still waiting!

I ordered a summer dress from them last summer, July of 2020. It did not fit so I immediately sent it back to them and requested a refund of my money. After 8 months of emails back and forth with a representative named Monica, they returned the dress to me just today. They simply refused to give me back my money. They are dishonest frauds and thieves who will not honor a request for a refund even after you return their product to them. They need to be put out of business. Do not buy anything from them!

Do not order from this company. It is an absolute scam. They will take your money, jerk you around for months sending you nothing in return. Then they will claim that they delivered your merchandise, which of course they did not, then offer to resend and when you refuse and request a refund (as their site says you can have) just stop talking to you. You have no recourse. I'm sure that is what they count on. I wish sites like Pinterest would refuse to carry their advertising. I did report them to Pinterest as a scam site, but they did nothing.

Ordered two pair of shoes. Never got the shoes or a refund. Guarantee to be swindled. They will communicate with you until you figure out it's a hoax.

It is practically impossible to return. Additionally, I was waiting for their missing item for 6 months. But they talked to me for money back... Again, I've been waiting also for money back since last June. The quality of the clothes is completely different from the photos. I was so disappointed, no I am so mad.

They are thiefs. I paid for some shoes in November 2020 and I never received them. Only once did they reply that they were very sorry and nothing more. Burglars!

This is a horrible company. They take your money and do not deliver. I ordered a pair of dress boots back in December before Christmas, and I have yet to receive my purchase as of January 27,2021. Fortunately, I made the purchase via paypal. They do not deserve a star, and giving them a star is like rewarding them for bad business, which also undermine my review of Mofylook

Scam Alert!@! These people are scam artists. I ordered a pair of black boots back on Nov 27,2020, and never got them. After telling them that I didn't receive them I was told, via email, that they will come to me right after Christmas, but have not received anything. They claimed that I received the boots, however, that is not true. They are no longer responding to my emails to them.

I placed an order in September. Tracked it using the tracking number they provided to find that it had been delivered to Stillwater, MN instead of Stillwater, NY. When I contacted the company they said the shipping company verified it had been delivered. NO KIDDING. Just not to ME! They said they would send a new shipment but it is now December 27th and they have stopped answering my emails. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I have no photos to attach because I never received a thing!
