This Business Sucks. They take your money but don't deliver the goods. I ordered a pair of boots from them back in January 2023. I still have not received them yet. Every month I contact them and ask that they either "Send Me the Boots or Refund what I Paid them for the Boots." This has been going on now for A Year. No Response to My Inquiries. Anybody who buys from these $#*!s is as nieve as I am.

I should turn them into the Oregon States Attorneys Office, because they are just Scammers and Thiefs.
Or better yet I think I'll Contact the Media, Channel 6 News, Channel 12 News, and anyone else who will try to help Me with this Problem.

On Jan 1st 2023 I bought a jumper from them - it never arrived and neither did a refund. Avoid them!

You don't get your order,they keep your money. I've informed that my order has not arrived but not answer. Lied said they would resend but haven't received either.

It's been two months and several emails; finally got an email from them yesterday, saying they would refund my money. What a scam!

I purchased this coat and immediately found it very cheaper somewhere else and asked for cancellation. They just ignored me and didn't get any response from them, after a while I received an email that your order has shipped!
It's absolutely disappointing and I couldn't find somewhere on pinterest to write review!

Ordered $150 in product that never arrived. Customer service said they would re-ship but never provided tracking information and then stopped responding completely.

I brought a pair of shoes. I never received the shoes 6 months later. I sent emails asking for a refund and have been ignored. Don't buy from MOFYLOOK it's a scam

I paid for a pair of boots never got them. I sent a email and they apologized told me they would send them but it was lie. I keep asking about a refund cause I still have not received the boots so now they're ignoring me don't buy anything off of them they will steal your money

Do NOT order from this website. It's a scam and they are thieves.
I ordered a pair of boots on 15th October (!). They claimed to have shipped two weeks later and even charged shipping costs. According to their customer service they claimed that the parcel has been delivered on 4th November, but until today I received nothing. I asked them to reimburse me or ship the item again, with a specific request that someone needs to sign upon delivery. Guess what? They confirmed they reshipped but until today even the alleged second shipment is no-where.
Then I sent them a request on 19 January and a reminder on 29th January to reimburse me with no further delay...and they just started ghosting me hoping this will go away...
Just do yourself a favour and do not purchase here anything...you won't see your purchase anyway

Placed an Order in Sept. Order tacking showed delivery to Lisbon OH, I live in WI, said they would ship another item, never received new tracking number, contacted them again, said would take 15 - 25 days, still no item, I have requested refund three times, they are no longer replying to my E-mails.

Op 24 april 2022 een paar schoenen besteld en betaald. Per abuis mijn vorige woonadres ingevuld. Snel een mailbericht bericht verzonden met het juiste afleveradres. Reactie van support: het adres kan niet worden gewijzigd!
De schoenen zijn niet geleverd. Ondanks mijn verzoek om terugbetaling, geen reactie.

Please do not deal with this company it's a scam, they even switched there email, and my emails kept getting returned

Same experience as many others. Ordered white shirt. Very slow to supposedly ship. Finally they responded to my many emails and said it was finally shipped. Surprise it never arrived. Their tracking info said it had been delivered but to another address completely. Checked their delivery info with Australia Post they could find no record of their tracking number or supposed delivery!
Do not use. I would have given them. Zero stars if possible.
I was lucky I purchased via PayPal & received an immediate refund.

I was led to believe that I was purchasing a chime to hang on my back deck. What a joke. I originally thought after receiving it in the mail that it must be coming in two packages. It is so tiny i assumed it was the bottom part of the chime. Nope, just a $43.03 piece of junk. I cannot get ahold of these people through the website I keep getting directed to for a immediate refund. If you don't contact them within 7 days from receiving, your SH*T out of luck. How can we report this company? Scammers!

After reading the complaints from so many others, I realized that this company doesn't actually ship their products. One of the complainants had ordered the exact same pair of boots that I had and was promised delivery and never received them. The exact same response happened to me. I have filed for a refund from PayPal and sent them copies of all of the complaints and my numerous emails sent to Mofylook.

I PURCHASED A PAIR OF BOOTS ON SEPTEMBER 24TH 2020. I'M STILL WAITING FOR THEM. I'VE EXHAUSTED EVERY AVENUE AND GOT NOWHERE. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY DIDN'T EVEN SEND ME A CONFIRMATION NUMBER, JUST TOOK MY MONEY. MOFYLOOK IS AS CROOKED AS THEY COME.

They got your money and when you ask for your order they that you have to wait 7 days business, or 15 to 25 and guest what? Paypal can't do nothing because they change the adress in china. They delivered my order at J4V 3J8.
