I tried different shampoos but I found my favorite now. I have been using it for about two weeks now, and I noticed less hair on my brush. It leaves hair smooth and soft. It doesn't make it greasy and leaves them easy to brush.

Moerie Beauty——- I received many targeted ads for a specific hair product and after doing research I decided to give the product and company a shot since it seemed legit, so I went ahead with the purchase. This was in 11/27/2022, I have still not received my order or any shipping updates, even though their website stated it would be a relatively quick delivery period. I reached out to them after a week of waiting (12/5) since I hadn't received an order confirmation or shipping update and was told due to low inventory my order is delayed. At that point I decided to cancel my order bc I no longer wanted the product due to the delay and i didn't want to deal with their customer service. I requested to cancel/refund my order via email on 12/5 and instantly they stopped responding to my emails, to date I have sent 2 emails requests to cancel my order and to refund my money and they have both gone unanswered. Their website states they have a 30 day money back guarantee return policy, but since my item is "delayed" I will lose out on that return window, if needed. Additionally, after checking out I realized that I had been enrolled in a reoccurring monthly subscription, which I did not want, however there is no way of canceling this reoccurring purchase since I was not given the option to create an account or set up membership when purchasing this item and I'm going to be charged for a reoccurring subscription 30days after my first purchase, and I haven't even received my original order,. I strongly believe that this company purposely delays orders so that customers can't return them and doesn't allow accounts for reoccurring purchases so that consumers have no way of canceling anything and they get to steal people's money uninterrupted. This whole thing has been incredibly frustrating and action needs to be taken against this company. One star bc I can't select none

This shampoo and conditioner has a pleasant smell and leaves my thinning hair manageable. The results are finally showing.

My mother was so happy when I purchased this set for her! She said her hair became so much softer and smooth after even the first use. And I really enjoyed the smell of this hair product! ;)

We'll see how this goes. Only been using it for a couple days and my hair already feels fuller and softer. Looking forward to seeing what happens after I continue using.

The conditoner and shampoo combo really made my hair softer but unfortunately haven't noticed any hair growth yet.

I started using these products around three weeks ago since my hair is more fine and oily. After the three weeks I have felt the difference in the amount of hair I lose and the overall feel of my hair! The shampoo and conditioner leave my hair soft and smooth. I would recommend to any one

So far the product leaves my hair feeling soft, and the conditioner has a nice scent to it. Will continue using to see if it helps regrow/thicken my hair or not.

It's working on giving my hair more volume which is a plus but it's not helping grow more hair. Other than that its great.

Smells really good! A tiny bit goes a long way my hair feels super soft now. Really happy with my hair now.

Let me stop to say AMAZING products. My hair has never been happier. It works miracles for me personally!

I received my first order leaked but the Customer Service was excellent and immediately provided me with a new bottle. Using the shampoo in teh beginning my hair fell off quite much but I think now my hair improves everyday!

Highly recommend! My daughter and I are using the products and we both noticed new growth already. This is unbelieveable!

I have really thin and flat hair and I've always wanted to have bouncy curls, and even if I curl them they get straight and flat in few hours. I've been using moerie for 3mo and I really like it cuz it made my hair to have more volume and i have many new baby hair.

I've been using the products for around 4 months and notice an extreme change in my hair. It's stronger, it's longer, it falls out less, the breakage is damn near non-existent. I'm extremely happy with it.

Ive been using it for a month. I can see my hair longer. Inhad just cut it the week before getting it to my shoulders and its now past my shoulders. Will continue to use it. And really recommend it.

I got the growth spray because I was so freaked out and depressed by how much it was thinning... I am thrilled now and feel like ME again!

I love this stuff it's amazing and I love the feel of my hair after I brush it out, I had some problems with shipping but it got resolved
