Upon ordering, I was met with a screen saying my payment method didn't work and to try another one — however my card was immediately charged, I got an instant notification from my bank, as I always do. Yet their checkout screen said I hadn't paid and I needed to try another card. With this suspicious garbage I went immediately to customer service to just cancel my order. I have no order number, no confirmation, just money drained from my bank account. Their customer service is absurd, 'Justine' wrote me back within the hour saying I didn't sign up for a subscription and I'd get an email with my products have shipped. Outrageous as my initial email stated clearly I didn't want the items and to refund the money to my card immediately. I've since been entirely ignored with the 10 emails I've sent. I went to Instagram to leave disgruntled comments only for them to BLOCK ME. I am disgusted with these scam companies sending out unsealed, half used products and not returning funds or even cancelling subscriptions. Foul. AVOID THIS GARBAGE, SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! Also if you look across websites, their positive reviews come from scam accounts that have only ever reviewed their products. Garbage.

Works well, honestly not much to comment on. The scent is good, makes my hair soft and easy to manage, slightly increased hair growth too.

Love this shampoo and conditioner it makes my hair soft and thicker I notice less shedding. Worth a buy

I bought this shampoo to help with the fight hair loss, but could not imagine it would leave hair so soft! I'll keep buying it.

Don't buy their product, I paid them on Feb 16 and they have stopped responding and essentially stole my money so I have to pursue them and report them for fraud, buyer beware!

I've bee using this for a couple of months now to try and slow the thinning of my hair and precent further hair loss. I will definitely keep using this product because I do believe it is working.

I was incredibly excited to try this product and never received. When contacting company I was unable to get clear response and weeks lapsed between communication. I was charged 3x, never received product and no one is available to communicate to send or refund my money. This company has stolen almost $400 from me!

The scent is pretty good. Makes hair very soft without weighing it down. Good for use on a non humid day.

Our Special needs daughter ordered without consent, we need to return. No return label, phone number? They have her on some kind of subscription where they'll send to her? We need to cancel whole thing and return this product back. Please help us, we will have to go to bank and change out debit card. These characters are taking advantage of our daughter.

This is a terrible company, I never received an invoice, account number, and also never sent me the tracking number. I sent several emails to get that information and never happened. After 17 days received my package but with this service i dont want to use this product. Now is mission impossible to return this product because they don't answer my emails And I think personally this company doesn't want to respond because they want to avoid the refund.
This is not a legit company, so they make you to purchase very easily but to get any answer from them is impossible and the worst thing you can not cancel any subscription until they answer. No phone number to get customer service. The only way is just by email and they never respond your request.

Got this shampoo and a conditioner as a gift from my mother since I was complaining a lot about losing my hair and I loved it so much that I had to order them again. It helped me a lot with my problem and also my hair became thicker! Thank you so much!

I gave it a 1 star because I couldn't give a zero. The product is horrible…my hair became matted together in the shower while washing almost straw like, conditioning didn't improve it at all even using a little extra conditioner didn't help, brushing my hair afterwards was not easy hair was still matted a bit. I normally have to clean my drain of hair every three days and while using this product I've had tk clean it daily. I asked the company to cancel my subscription only to get an email back that they won't until after my first "recharge" assuming that means next shipment…why would I want another shipment of a product when I'm not even going to continue using the first shipment I received? I will be stopping payment through my bank on any further charges they attempt as well as contacting the BBB in their area.

I have used Moerie shampoo, conditioner, hair mask and spray. I have followed the directions. I am finding that by the end of the day my hair is very greasy. This has never happened with any other hair product that I used. I am also finding that my hair has a strange feeling and it's been hard to style. Now, if what I am experiencing change and it lives up to the hype, then I will do another review with a better rating.
