There are no clean words I can use to significantly describe how horrible this company is. I ordered a bathing suite on 3/22/16 and it arrived 4/22/16 making the 'refund' policy null and void. The reviews on their web are more than likely not true customer reviews, when I was shopping the reviews were wonderful and most said to order one size up. So I did and the suit is WAY too small. If you go to the web page now, there are new reviews saying to order two sizes up. ANNNND the negative review I gave them is not there. Contacted customer service and they said "Dear customer, Our products are in Asian size, it runs small for Europeans and Americans. We suggest you choose 2 sizes up for body con designs" So even though I did my homework and ordered according to reviews and their size chart, they threw the blame back on me. UGH! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ordered 2 swimsuits and 3 dresses from modlily. The next day they were paid for all of the items. A month later I had not received my order. I contacted them through email and they responded and let me know it would be shipping soon. I did finally receive all the items I ordered. All of the products I ordered were terrible quality and none of the clothing fit. Some of it was way to big, and other items were to small. It seems to me they are posting pictures of clothes and when you order it they try to figure out how to make it. If you are thinking of ordering something I would find a different website. Paying a little extra some where else will be worth it.

Horrible! Horrible! Terrible quality. You get what you pay for. Ordered two months ago, finally arrived two days ago. Stitching is wrong, sewn unevenly sizing wrong. Contacted the company and the response was that my expectations were to high and to consider the price that I paid. It was made and sent from China! Never order from this site.

I would give it a negative review but only allows me to give it a 1. This business is horrible with customer service; will not allow for an email to be sent or respond to messages on fb. Co. Promised shipment within 24 hours after processing(which was done within minutes) and here I am a month later with NO product and no answers

Ordered 2 shirts over a month ago Just got them today and they are both crap cheap like paper thin. I wrote on the comments in Facebook and I see they removed my comment. Don't waste your hard earned money I going to look into a refund but I'm sure that's a scam too. Take my word don't order from this site.

I oredered from this company and received the shirt it is so thin will tear quickly and the sleeves were half the size of the average arm i paid 23.84 for the shirt and only requested even exchange and all they are willing to return was 20 percent,. VERY UNSATISFIED

I seen this sight popping up on my Facebook so I was gonna give it a try, well I've never ordered anything off the computer before and was very sceptical... Well guess what, they took my money! I ordered a swimming suit and still Haven't received it. I placed my order on the 5th of April. On the 20th I started calling the number never getting an answer just leaving a message asking for a call back from them. I'm soooo upset right now. Never ordering off the internet again! & the kicker to it all they were also going to send a tracking number to my email I got something! A big thank-you for your order here is another 15% off your next order. Don't think I will be doing that!

This company kept popping up on my fb page so I thought I would give it a try. BIG MISTAKE! MY swimsuit was ordered in March. It's the end of April and I still haven't received it. I tried to call the company, but there is a fake answering machine linked in LA somewhere. I am not ever ordering anything that pops up on my page again. These people pay fb to advertise their fake company and take your money. These people are becoming more and more desperate for money and they are using fb to do it.

If you must have an Item from this company. I suggest... only pay through paypal. Only ordering 1 item at a time... (I say this because something is always going to be out of stock and they try to keep your money) Give them 7 days to ship then ask why it hasn't been shipped the same day put a claim into paypal. Then give the 1 more week after they reply with their generic response asking you to remove your complaint from paypal because it's a hot item... after 1 more week... put it in paypals hands because they pull your money from their account until resolved. Funny My Item was shipped the day I did that and it arrived yep 1 week later. Took a month... DO NOT PAY for fast shipping. Did this last year with a company I believe to be the same company... You will never get it shipped any faster... Expect to not receive anything from them for at least a month. If you haven't paid through paypal I'm not sure what anyone should do. The item I ordered is ok... but less than I expected..

I ordered a bathing suit well in advance for a vacation I had coming up. When I say "well in advance" I'm talking about a month and a half in advance. The shipping estimate was 2 weeks. Well, 2 weeks turned into 2 months and my one article of clothing did not arrive until 1 week after I came back from my vacation.
Not only was I disappointed about the shipping time, I was also disappointed in the material itself. It was delivered to me ripped in multiple spots of the bathing suit. When I contacted the website they asked to see pictures of the damage, which I tried to send the pics to them and nothing was working, it was their fault because it was through their website.
Finally, after the third attempt of going back and fourth with them, the pics finally attached. However, they still have not gotten back to me. I am now waiting a few days for a response although I feel like I will never get one.
I will never do business with this website again... rip off.
P.S.- there are no return instructions on this website or no address of where to send it to.

I finally received my order after 6 weeks. My swimsuit was cheaply made. The tankini top was huge for a medium. The bottoms fit fine but I had to assemble the strings to them. My jumpsuit came the same way. The bottom portion of the jumpsuit was tight fitting while the upper portion was very loose fitting. My body isn't oddly shaped either. I'm very proportionate. 34C, size 6 pants.
After finding out how their returns work, I'm just taking a loss.

I ordered my merchandise on February 22nd and it wasn't until the the very end of March that I finally received my items, in fact it wasn't until that following Wednesday after Easter Sunday that I received it. I tried contacting them only to have to write a ticket because they don't have a live costumer support for you to inquire about your tracking number and etc. All of the items are extremely cheap and none are as pictured plus they run very small although I ordered in larger sizes. Not only that but they also sent me 2 completely different outfits from what I ordered. The clothes are paper thin, you can see through it and they don't have any tags to know sizes or kind of material. It's cheap for a reason but for all the hassle it should be free. I'm warning people NOT to order because I saw some bad reviews but decided to take a chance because the clothes look so pretty online but you don't get anything that's in the pictures. I also ordered a dress to wear for Easter Sunday and since l ordered a month and a half in advance, l just knew I'd have my clothes... NOT THE CASE. Then after having to open a complaint through PayPal, they only wanted to refund me $30 for a $130 purchase. Unless you want to wait months for your order, have no customer service to communicate with, receive the wrong items, have very cheap and thin material, extra small sizing chart as it's not the same as posted on their page then I wouldn't order from modlily. They're a complete scam, waste of time and money with added stress, hassles and headaches.

Modlily literally posted photos from a Free People shoot on their website and when I ordered the shirt (expecting the shirt featured), it was a cheap copy made out of scrub material (the real shirt is supposed to be linen/cotton blend). I have been sending them emails for almost three weeks now demanding a refund but they just won't cooperate. It's unbelievable.

The pictures on the website are fake. My ordered consisted of a child size cheap material clothing. Ordered a 4x, received large sizes and it's paper thin. Don't order from them. Modlily is a scam

Do not buy anything from modlily.com - they are an overseas company (China) and none of the pictures they show are real. They steal the pictures from other websites and even people's Instagram accounts. If you receive your order at all, it won't be what you expected. Thank God I used PayPal! They took my money right away but never sent my order. I had to open a dispute with PayPal and it took 15 days from the day I placed my order for them to even send it, and that was only after they realized I wasn't backing down. Too many people have been ripped off & it's not right, this site needs to be shut down!

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
