Here we go again. OK so i ordered two dresses from Modlily.com, received them yesterday one of the dresses has a massive hole on the side. This is absolutely disgusting they be talking people's money and sending them things. I'm not even gonna talk about the fact that the their clothes looks beautiful on their website but horrible in real life. But $#*! that. How the can you send someone a dress with hole in it? I'm bloody DISAPPOINTED fake $#*! website they should get sued
Just ordered a 2 piece bathing suit which looked suitable for plus size (the one with tassles on the top). On the photo the bottoms look high waisted. They really are not and no support in the top which doesn't habe as many tassles on the photo. Plus the material is quite see through Looking at other reviews, I don't think I'll even bother asking for a refund as looking at their policy, you don't get a full refund anyway. I just hope other people read these reviews and place a big order with them. Don't waste your money.

I ordered a bathing suit back in early February. It is now May 10 and I haven't seen a thing. The tracking number they gave me is not valid. This is just a waste of my time and money and a complete scam! Then they keep sending me coupons for my next purchase... Don't be fooled by these rip off artists!

I placed two orders within days of each other. It took nearly a month for them to arrive and both orders were wrong. Wrong sizes, and wrong colors. When I asked for a refund, they said I had to provide pictures to prove that the orders looked nothing like the advertised piece. I provided photos, twice! They then said that I should have used the sizing chart. Here's the catch, I did use their sizing chart. I never got my refund! I am still waiting for a response to my complaint

Payment was taken from my account the day I placed my online order. It took over a month to receive my items. ALL of the items were completely incorrectly sized. For example, I ordered a Large (size 8 typically) and the items were more of an extra small or child sizes. Also, the quality is SOOO poor and look nothing like the images online. I placed an order on 04/07/16 at 10:00am. I cancelled the order 04/07/16 at 11:30 after I read online reviews. It is not 05/06/16 and I am still waiting for a refund. They will only correspond online and they have tried to talk me out of cancelling several times. They finally agreed to refund my money but they 'warned' that the processing takes 'long time to bank'. No kidding!

I recived a plastic bag of crap without an itemized merchandise reciept. The clothing sizes were wrong. I even ordered a size larger because I thought I could have them altered but everything was a size 0. I've been in a battle with their customer service and going in circles. Called them but guess what it's a friggn voice mail that you can't leave a message. I had Visa dispute the charges and Thank-you I was able to recoup some money. MAKE SURE NOT TO DELETE ANY CORRESPONDENCE WITH THEM! You will need it.

The items took about a month to arrive, but that part doesn't bother me. The items I received were of horrible quality and fit. They look nothing like they look in the picture. Not only are they too small, but the fit is very unflattering and awkward (even in a size bigger, the fit is still awkward. Loose in the wrong places; tight in the wrong places). Their return policy is terrible. I just looked into it. Essentially, they do not allow for a full refund based on not being happy with the item. You have to pay for the postage to send it back to China (VERY pricey, but somewhat expected) and even then, they do not refund 100% if they receive the items and they are unworn w/receipt. Etc. They have an unheard of policy where they only reimburse you 60% and thats if your return is approved (you have to contact them to get it approved before returning). Absolutely ridiculous. Lesson learned.

Horrible customer service. DO NOT ORDER FROM MODLILY. Tried canceling an order before it was shipped no reply. Submitted 2 tickets and was never contacted by anyone. Tried contacting them by phone does not work. Item was shipped 6 weeks later and does not fit description. Very upset i will never order from them. They're very fast at processing your payment and then totally ignore you to stay with your money. Smh

They send you product from China and if you have ANY issues with it, they charge you to ship it back and will only refund a portion of your money. It's a scam from CHINA. The product smells of chemicals, is of incredibly cheap materials and won't hold up in the washer, shipping out is extremely slow, the product is odd proportioned in size and the colors are not what is pictured in the image. I placed an order on 4/12/16 and cancelled it a couple hours later after reading reviews (should have read them first). On 4/14/16 I get an email asking me why I wanted to cancel and was issued a ticket. I get another email on 4/18/16 saying my order has been shipped. I paid for expedited shipping and did not get the package until 4/26/16. The quality, fabric and sizing is awful. Unbelievable. My order came to $166.00. Out of 8 pieces I could only fit 3 pieces. Looking to return the items but the policies and procedures they have... It is not worth the time and money to return. I think they set customers up, take your money because they can get away with it. I will take to Facebook and spread the word DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH MODLILY. I've lost $166 to them and I am fuming. NEVER, EVER AGAIN. I WAS FOOLED ONCE BUT I GUARANTEE YOU, I WANT BE FOOLED AGAIN.

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
