I understand why their bathing suits are so cheap... because they are crooks. Don't believe the 'easy refund' because they won't refund anything even when it is clearly their mistake. Sent me the wrong sizes and then told me it wasn't worth it for me to pay the return shipping so I should try selling them online or give them as gifts instead. Shame on me for trusting.

I bought 2 bathing suits the same size. One fit, the other was enormous and obviously mis-sized. They refused to let me return it and only thru pay-pal did I get only half my money refunded. Thru are a terrible company.

Ordered a bathing suit April 4/16. The tracking for this item stopped as of April 29/16. Called customer service in specified hours got a machine left a message... shocker, no one got back to me. Went online filled out a "ticket", that took forever for a response. The seller has had my money since April 5/16. I just want a refund! So customer service rep, if you read this, REFUND MY MONEY! I'm sure you'll have no problem cancelling my order, because I'm SURE it hasn't been shipped yet!

I too ordered three suits. It took forever to get here which I did not complain about but when they got here I took one out of it's package, noticed it was not sized right, had no support, and the fabric was poor quality. I immediately contacted their customer service ( I read they had hassle fee returns which is why i ordered to begin with) it has been well over a week and I'm still going back and fourth with them trying to get my issue resolved. They are NOT willing to work with you. They tell you it will cost me to return them AND they will take 35% off of my refund for the original shipping bill. They also told me to just keep them and give them as gifts. WTF?!? How is this hassle free returns? They should not be in business!

I recently bought two items from modlily The goods were of very poor standard as I bought through paypal I contacted them atfirst I thought I was going to get my money ba k through paypals protectio. Policies but pay papal have said onlyif I return the goods to china at my expense it would cost me more than they r worth. Something needs to be done about this company ripping people off.

I ordered a bathing suit almost 2 months ago and still haven't received it. The tracking on it shows it has been in Shanghai Qi Yun since April 21. When I created a ticket on my account they just keep telling me to wait. Well almost 2 months since I ordered and it doesn't take that long to ship. I assume it has been lost in transition somewhere and I don't know who to contact. It is frustrating to say the least.

What is the return address? I understand this company is a sham and wish i had checked into it before ordering. However, at this point i would rather get 60% refund than keep these poorly made swimsuits.

I placed a very large order and got scammed. All of the dresses were way to small even though I followed the chart for U.S. conversion sizes. I mean these clothes would fit a child. Next customer service was rude and would not do a refund unless i paid shipping both ways and took only 40% back for each item. Yet their site says easy returns. I have been scammed. DO NOT BUY!

Purchased two bathing suits. The bottom to the two piece would not fit an 8 year old child and I ordered a xxl. The quality of the suits was poor. The material was see through on both. Now they are telling me to give the product away or sell the product online because it will cost too much for me to return it. I would never refer anyone to this site.

Worst company ever, will never buy from them again. I ordered an xl swimming suit and it's more like a xxl. They also told me to sell to a friend or give as a gift. They will not give me a return address, I even said that I will pay for the dang shipping if they just let me return the swimmi g suit and give me my money back. Still nothing, this is going on more then a week now. The customer service is horrible.

Received my "sequins top" today. Sizing way out (I ordered XXL for a relaxed fit, the top I got is lucky to be 10AU) Looks nothing like the picture. Website says "skew neck" & is pictured off the shoulder. The top I received is nothing but a cheaply made round neck t shirt with sequins that aren't even covering the underlay. Don't waste your money. Wish I could put photos up for comparison. They need to be shut down. I'm more annoyed that it was probably made by an 8 year old in a sweat shop & is not legitimate. I believe they are taking photos off the internet & then trying to "knock off" the designs of the items.

They sent the wrong size. It's impossible to reach customer service. What I can find online about returning items is that I will get only 40% back after I pay shipping. Just a waste.

After posting a review I was contacted by the company and told I could FINALLY get a refund! That was week ago and I am STILL trying to return their worthless products! I was asked to take down my review in exchange for a full refund, I was promised shipping cost to be paid too. But when I asked for a shipping label they keep telling me that I have to cover that cost. To ship this back to China will probably cost half of what I paid for the crappy product anyway! I have read on some reviews that people can't even find the address to return the product so after WEEKS of trying I finally got that at least and will share it with you! Hope this helps everyone else this company tried to screw over!

Do not order anything from Modlily.com They sent me all the wrong sizes and when I asked for an exchange/return/refund they told me to sell them online. They refuse to give me a refund/exhange/return. Customer service is terrible and they flat out told me that the customer should have to pay the return shipping and restocking fee, even if the company made the mistake of sending out the wrong color, size, or item.
Now, they're telling me I can return the item but they still refuse to pay return shipping (to China) and I will only get 60% back what I paid due to a restocking fee. How do you expect the customer to pay for your mistakes? Awful company and terrible business practices.

Yes. I keep contacting ModLily (submitting a ticket on line) for an "authorized return to correct address" and the replies I receive never have an address. I have never had such poor customer service. I will NEVER order from ModLily again. After reading some reviews, sounds like I'm out of luck and just lost my money. Oh well, live and learn. Guess I will take clothing items to Good Will and hope someone enjoys them.

Ordered 3 items to the UK - they arrived after 10 days. The sizing is way out - totally inaccurate so there is reason 1 for returning. Secondly one of the items had a large stain on the back. Customer service is terrible - yes they are polite but offering me 25% refund and thats the max is ridiculous when it clearly states in the returns section they offer a full refund on faulty or damaged goods. I pushed for a full refund and they stated that to post back to China was expensive, the clothes are only cheap and it will not benefit them if I send them back! The clothes may be cheap but i spent £40 and I want it refunding as the goods are no good to me either! This is still ongoing as I know my rights about ordering online and the refund policy

I ordered a swimsuit for an upcoming trip 2 months prior. They would not answer any inquiries about the status of the order. I finally sent a cancellation of my order and then they sent me a tracking number right after. Of course the tracking number didn't work. It finally came 2 days before the trip. Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
