I ordered 3 swimsuits the sizes are not American size they are WAY SMALLER sizes. Tried getting a return ticket and the process was bad and finally got approval for returning the items to find out they only will give you 60% of what was paid and they suggested to give them as gifts. THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE AND A RIP OFF DONT ORDER FROM THEM.
MODLIY IS A SCAM... false advertisement they do not refund you in 30 days worst experience I've ever had with any website 4 months later still waiting on my refund or my outfits.
I placed my order end of January 2016 and still do not have my 2 items(bathing suits)totalling 55.00 U. S and still have not received my order! Still hVe no answers from this company!
I ordered 2 swimsuits. After I Googled the company, and read all the negatives, I decided to cancel my order. I requested a cancellation within 24 hours of placing my order. They sent a reply saying they were processing my order, again I requested cancellation. Then they told me it would take a little longer before they could ship my order. My reponse, CANCEL. Then they said it would cost $3.00 per item to cancel. Again, CANCEL! Next, they begged me not to cancel. And yet again, CANCEL. 16 days after placing my order I received a notification for shipment of my order. On day 19 they said my order was delivered. Well I didnt receive a thing. I would never order from them, nor recommend them. After further research, I found they go by several different names, all with negative reviews. I now warn people every chance I get. I also noted, that every reply from customer service, is a cookie cutter answer.
I have been negotiating with a Modlily Rep to receive a refund. I did receive half of it in the middle of June. Still waiting on the other half. I contact them daily. They offered to send me the refund transaction number which I am still waiting on. They have not responded to me in a week.
PLEASE DON'T ORDER FROM THEM! IT IS NOT WORTH THE HASSLE!
Update: Modlily is nothing but a SCAM and they are LIARS. They tell me they sent the refund. It's been months now and still no money. They keep telling me to recheck my account. I will never deal with ANY of these China based companies.

Ordered items since February and still have not received it. I requested my money back but got a authomated service machine which kept on sending me the same report. Call and no answer. Customer service is very poor

I ordered two suits and they didn't get to me for almost a month and when they arrived, they fit horribly. I want to return them, and have tried to contact a live person but can't reach anyone! I am going to let everyone know on social media how much of a scam this company is running!
I got the same shirt from a different company cause they kept sending messages saying that they were not gonna refund me. They said they found it but still won't refund me all my money. That's not right. If they got it I should not have to pay for something I didn't receive. Then they said I had store credit it's not there. They are lying when they don't have to.
I ordered a swimsuit from modlily. I never even received it. What i got was an empty package (which customs had opened and stamped it was opened officially and received empty) that was too small for a swimsuit to even fit in. When i contacted them the first response was that i need to consider the prices and people often have too high of expectations when ordering from them. Their next response was an offer to only refund 30% of what i paid and that i need to understand that it is a loss to their company as well. After i told them that i dont agree and that i would only accept full refund they quit responding to my ticket.
Ordered a bathing suit,, took 31/2 weeks to get. When I got it it was cheaply made,, too small,, and just a HUDGE disappointment. If I return it, I have to pay and they only give 60% back! RIP OFF!

I ordered a couple of swim suits from ModLily.com I referred to the size chart like I was told to etc., and not only did I pay for the shipping to arrive sooner which it did not the swim suits did not fit.
All I want to do it return the suits and get my money back.
I have contacted this HORRENDOUS company well over 5 times and they do not respond. The fact that they don't fit is no ones fault all I want is my money back PERIOD. I'm not asking for the world just like a normal company return my product for my money back. They are not responding to me and I'm going to get stuck with product that does not fit. I absolutely DO NOT recommend this company, stay the he! Away from it!

This is what you expect if you got a tankini. Top part consists of two parts which are sewn upside down. You submitted a ticket and foto.

The problem is with the upper black/white part which is attached to the black part upside/down. Strapes should be sewn to the upper border of the white/black part and you see them sewn to the lower edge. And pads inside the bra are also sewn uside/down. It is ipossible to wear this thing because strapes are under your armpits. Don't you see that?

I placed an order over a month ago. After receiving the package 3 weeks later; the size was incorrect. It took nearly a month for them to provide me with a return address. I had to get very hostile with them and threaten to contact my attorney. They will expect for you to pay your own return postage or they will say keep the items and re-order the right size. What is the right size? You are only going to receive 60% of value of your return. A complete ripoff...

I purchased a set from this so called reputable company. When I took possession of the shirt, the zip at the front was crooked and the shirt was not correct in length. I sent a photos through of the shirt and they responded and told me that it was like the picture. Basically I am blind! After a few emails back and forth and me becoming more pissed off, they have offered me a 15 per cent store credit. What the hell good is that to me. I asked for a full refund or an exchange of the shirt. Both of which have been denied. Oh, I can send it back for a refund but I have to pay for postage again - not.
Will never buy anything from them again and have told all friends. Not go enough mod lily. You want a reputable online store. Treat your customers with respect. We are not idiots and have purchased something from you in good faith. Typical crap that we have to deal with from overseas purchases - my fault...

I ordered a swimsuit. It took 6 weeks to arrive only to discover that the solid black piece under the stripes on the top have been sewn on inside out! Really? Bottoms are not put together and no strings to attach sides of bottom. This is garbage. Don't waste your money!

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
