I ordered two dresses. According to the size chart, they should have been fine. When I got them, they were to small and they said they are Asian sizes. They tried to offer me a discount on a future purchase because they said the shipping is so high, I wouldn't get any money back. They should have eaten that shipping since what I got was not what it said it was. I ended up giving the dresses to the lady at the post office when I saw how much they wanted to ship them back to CHINA. I would not recommend doing business with them and I never will again!

I purchased two swimsuits from this site for $20 each. I was very careful to pay close attention to the size chart to make sure I was purchasing the right size, and actually because it was close I went a size up from my normal!
One swimsuit fit my very thin eight year old daughter perfectly! No where near the size I ordered for my size 4 adult self...
The other swimsuit was much closer, but still entirely too small!

When I posted this in a review on each swimsuit Modlily REMOVED MY REVIEWS and blocked me from posting another on these products!

When I try to resolve this with the seller they stated that it would be too expensive to return the items and they offered me $3 for my trouble.
They were definitely telling the truth and after a PayPal dispute was reviewed I looked up the amount of shipping I would need to pay to return the items and it was going to be approximately $30. The seller refuse to give me an address until the PayPal dispute was finalized.

I hope that others read this review before they purchase from modlily I read the reviews only on their website, and it is very clear to me now that their process is to remove any negative reviews.
I will be posting this in as many places as I possibly can to help avoid others from wasting money on a product that is much smaller than advertised!

**AGAIN, since the response posted by a representative from Modlily seems to imply that I was unclear... I used the size chart on the item's page AND ordered a size up from where the size chart put me in order to avoid this problem.
The size charts posted on the items I purchased were completely wrong... and I mean by SEVERAL sized.

The reviews at their website are definitely fake! Their clothes are the cheapest clothes you'll ever seen, sizes are way toooo small even if you follow the tables they provide at their website to find your US size and you will never be able to return this junk.The only option to contact them regarding returns is through emails. Their advise was to give the clothes as a gift or resell them because shipping cost is huge and refunds will take a long time to be issued! Imagine that! I've been attempting for over a week through multiple messages to get the return address, and they never reply! The company is a joke, DO NOT BUY!

Dont order from this company... PERIOD... the service is terrible... sizes dont match your actual size... how do they not have a customer service telephone number? I wish i would have researched this company better before purchasing. There clothes on the website look great--but its a set up for the cheapest looking clothes you will ever see!

I wish I could give no stars, I ordered a jumpsuit from them, OMG! PAPER THIN, CHEAP A$$ material couldn't believe it. I'm wearing the jumpsuit at night for my pajamas that's how thin it is. Their customer service is horrible. I order 2 swimsuits, after 2 weeks I emailed them & they said they are still waiting for the suits to arrive to their warehouse. I asked them to immediately cancel the order. They ignored my request twice. About 10 days after my request to cancel they shipped it. I asked them to send me a return label since I clearly asked them twice to cancel the order, they wouldn't. Beware! Don't trust them!

I ordered from this site and the item size was not right and I went off of what they said for US. The dress was paper thin and sheer which was to be a sundress. When I requested to return it they said they would give me 20% back and to keep the merchandise. I said ok than they never gave it to me so I requested a refund through PayPal they agreed to issue refund however I had to pay for shipping. The clothes were 67.00 and the return shipping was 89.00. Did not make any sense. Poor service. Worse experience ever! Don't do it! Don't do it! It gets a 1 because I can't give it a zero.

I was DEFINATELY expecting the worst after reading the reviews and what some friends had told me from their experience ordering from rosegal and modlily. I loved the black crochet-like one piece they were advertising on Facebook so much though that I went for it and ordered it ($22 loss wasn't gonna be the end of the world if it was awful). First off after reading how long some orders took I was shocked when it came in ten days! From China, not too shabby! Secondly I already had been told the sizes run smalllllll, I'm petite (5,4") but very large in the chest (DDD34), so I said better safe than sorry and got an XL. It's fits nearly perfect, the chest area still is pretty small, some boob spillage, but nothing too much. It is nicely made and cut. Very comfortable. I would just recommend to buy a size or two up!
