I am very happy shopping with Modilily. They have great items to pick from. I have purchased from them several times, and have been happy with every shipment. One issue I do have is there is one top that I would like but, every time I go to look for it, I cannot find it.

First of all, THANK YOU for a quicker delivery! I absolutely love your line of clothes and have begun acquiring quite a lot of new and "fresh" items to my wardrobe. I get many compliments and inquiries of where I purchased them. What I like most, the sizes are true and the fit is perfect. I have never had to return anything.

Was getting ready to go to church and saw this beautiful dress. Decided that since I was sad about my friends death and needed a dress for her funeral, I would buy it.
I purchased 3 swimsuits with the intent of returning 2. I did everything right, returned the items in early June 2025, and said I wanted my refund sent to my original payment method. I received an email saying my return was approved and my refund would be processed to my original payment method. In late August, I still had not received my refund and contacted Customer Service. I was told I could have the full amount credited to my Modlily account or have the amount minus shipping fees credited to my original payment method. I told them AGAIN that I wanted it credited to my debit card and on Sept. 8 was told it would be processed within 5-7 business days. I got a fraud alert notification from my bank a few days later that Modlily was trying to charge me the refund amount so I declined it. On Sept 16 I got an email from Modlily saying there was "something wrong with my card" and they wanted to send my refund to PayPal. I sent them my PayPal account name on Sept. 20. On Sept. 21, I got another email asking about my email address (don't know why since they were emailing me at that address) and then said I had to send proof of my address (water bill, gas bill). I did, being very careful to redact anything other than my name and address. I sent it to them on Sept. 22. I got yet another email the same day saying I needed to upload it to the live chat. I did that on Sept. 30 and was told I'd get an email with 5-6 days with refund details. On 10/5 I had not heard anything and was told it would be "expedited." Contacted them again today (Oct. 11) because I still hadn't heard anything and got basically the same message. I can't file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau because it's not a US or Canadian company. So I'm trying to spread the message any way I can. Cute clothes, but you better not try to return anything if you want the money back in your bank.
I ordered one before summer started and have had many compliments on this suit. Blue ink got on my first one that was purchased so I had to buy a new one. It is a beautiful and decent suit to buy.

Ordered 2 different dresses for a wedding. They are beautiful. The sizes are true as stated. Will be ordering again for other items.
I am a bit skeptical about on-line ordering from a new source, but I have been happily surprised by Modlily. I first ordered 2 dresses - both of them were a perfect fit, and true to the colors depicted on line. I followed this up with an order for 5 tops. Again, all were perfectly sized, good quality, and looked as pictured.

Ordered two items so I would meet the minimum and not have to pay shipping, Received one item that was ordered, the second item never shipped. When I contacted customer service I was told, it would be shipped by a set date, which is when I needed the item for a trip. The day after that day came and went, I contacted customer service and found out the item has been on back order and they never even had it in stock, so I cancelled the item. Now the company is charging me a shipping and insurance fee. I would NOT have ordered the item if I had to pay the shipping and insurance fee because that made the item overpriced. After weeks of dispute, Modlily refuses to refund the shipping fee. This was their fault for not having the item in stock. I should not have to pay an additional charge for them not honoring the order. I have filed with my credit card company for dispute.

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
