My only concern was the delivery of items, I knew when I ordered it would be after the Holidays but when the Tracking History kept saying it was still in one place since January 4th I had to contact you on 11th that I had not received them. Once you were aware of the issue, you resolved it and it arrive a couple days later. I am very satisfied with my items, I have told all of my other friends that your clothing does run true to size and with the Quality, the Beautiful Styles and Pricing you need to order from you.

The tops arrived in a timely manner. I tried them on but none of them really fit the way I had hoped. So I started the return process, it is very long and drawn out. And navigating the page for returns is not very straight forward. It was quite frustrating at times. All I needed is the address to return them. I will not shop with them again.

My order did not update on the tracking and was not delivered on the delivery date. I contacted Modlily to get the status of my order. They researched and got back to me the next day. I received my order 5 days later. They were in contact with me during that time to let me know the status. Great updates.

This company store is a front for a PHISHING SCAM! I have never ordered clothing from Modlily or even heard of them until I got an email from them saying that my order was on its way and the email was tailored to took legitimate. They even tried to guess my name from my initial on my email address so it looked like it was real. The only way to complain or let someone know this was not my order was to create a profile on their website where you have to give them your info and create a password. Ultimately- DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Or anyplace that requires you to create a profile in order to complain about an order that you did not purchase. This is most likely a good way to be tricked into giving personal information and having your account hacked. I found this site to give a review and saw loads of good reviews and I imagine most of them are fake.
This was my first experience shopping on Modlily and it was great... products are good quality, and the shipment arrived faster than I expected. I just need to pay closer attention to sizing details since not all size mediums are the same.
