Their products are lovely and arrive looking exactly like their pictures. The sizes seem to be irregular. I normally wear and XL The XL's that I bought were really large. So I ordered large the next time and they were too small. If I were able to try things on before I bought them, I wouldn't have a problem with their product. I am now trying their "return or exchange" offer. They sent me a return mailing label... no problem.

I've bought swimwear from Modlily before and that's why I've returned to buy some for my daughter. Always happy with sizes and colours as they are true to the pictures and sizing advice is pretty accurate. Delivery time is also quicker than expected. I highly recommend Modlily as the prices are quite reasonable for the quality.
Customer service was great, reply was almost instant. Clothing was not sized right, I brought 2 pair of swimmers in different styles and the first pair feel like you are going to break the stitching and ruin them and top is overly tight (and I am only a b cup). The second pair are lovely and also not much stretch in them.
I also brought a pair of xl pants and they don't fit either and I gave them to a size 10 friend and they won't go past her thighs. I won't be buying from Modlilly again, sorry.

Everything fit! I ordered Medium and it all fit true to size, what a nice surprise. The quality is great, especially for the price you pay. The tops are super cute and are quite flattering, the Tankini fit perfect. The colors are vibrant just like the pictures posted on the website. Super quick shipping to Canada.
Hello! I'm sorry to report that these people have an awful customer service department that did everything in its power to keep me from returning 3 items that I am now stuck with. I followed every rule for returning them but I could not remember which email I used to order so I was not able to obtain a return slip. I went back and forth with them until they finally told me which email I used but that it was too late to return my items. Now, if they were able to check the email In the first place, why wait till it was too late. I literally exchanged communication with them over 10 different times. They gave me the info right after it was too late to return. That's crap service!
