I sent some stuff back because I didn't like the way they looked on me, and was told I had missed the 30-day return window. ModLily were very courteous but kept saying that they could not issue a refund. The ticket system to communicate with them was very easy to use and after I asked them to take a second look, they acknowledged that it had been their error and promptly issued my refund. They were very apologetic and I really appreciate that it was so easy to contact them and then that they were able to review and recognize their error. I wish all online retailers were so easy to speak to!

Recent orders that placed with Modlily have proven to be very positive. The quality of their items has improved, as compared to a year or two ago. I appreciate having the option to pay in installments if I have a larger order. The delivery times could be a little faster - sometimes I receive my product quickly and other times there seems to be a delay. The Customer Service follow up is GREAT! Would recommend Modlily - overall a positive experience.

I thought I had mistakely ordered 2 of the same dress and placed a ticket to quickly resolve the issue. The response was quick and they did everything possible to locate my order without success. I discovered finally that I did not complete the order, which was the reason it couldn't be found. I notified them immediately that it was my mistake and I was able to place and complete my order.
