I had ordered a bathing suit, received it, it was too big, paid $23.00 to send it back for a refund (a couple days after I got it) only for them to tell me that they received it a couple days past the 30 days and therefore won't refund my money, I then asked for them to do an exchange and they said no, then I asked them to ship it back to me and they said they are not responsible for shipping back items. So now I have paid $86.00 for an item that they are not returning to me. I will NEVER order from this disgrace of a company ever again!
I have about 10 emails with them trying to do 1 return. They give a return date, it was shipped back before then but as things ship slower these days, got there after the date even though it had been in transit, wont give credit for returns. I think they make you do so many correspondences with them to delay the whole procedure on purpose. Will never purchase again.
Only received 1 of 3 items so far. Shipping is extremely slow item received was very small and I would be charged $9.99 to return it.
Goods were delivered on time. Garments were as expected but I should have ordered a smaller size.
I ordered 2 bath suits and a shirt in February and received them in March so time was acceptable. The website did give approximate time frame for delivery and it was within that frame. I wasn't sure what to expect as I wasn't familiar with the website and so many sites are filled with cheap products that look great. I was very happy with the products. They fit as stated and look really great. The material is of heavier weight than I expected and I'm hoping they hold up well. The bathing suits weren't super expensive so I think for the money, they are a great find.

I also had a question regarding a 10 % discount I forgot to apply. I received an answer in 12 hours. I was mistaken but they still gave me a credit on my account. Fast response! And I am satisfied.
I just klmade my first order with Modlily. I didn't realize when I placed the order, that a bathing suit that was on sale, accidentally charged me full price. I notified customer service and they had it resolved and refunded very quickly. Im extremely happy with their efficient, and courteous service
I purchased two suits and love them both. They were shipped separately so I was a little concerned when the 1st one arrived and stated that the order was completed. But we were able to get everything straightened out and the 2nd suit arrived just a few days later.
There was a glitch during the ordering process that caused only the top of the swim suit to get ordered. I was immediately contacted by email and given options prior to shipping. The whole process was completed within two days. Very satisfied with the service and am looking forward to the arrival of the swim suit.
Ordered a swimsuit in early Feb. That order was canceled as unavailable so I ordered a second suit. I finally received it mid March. I was surprised at how long it took to ship. Other than long delivery time the item is great.
