I ordered the wrong swimsuit and was able to cancel and replace with the right one.

Ordered and paid for the same item twice by mistake. This was noticed by Modily and refund for one was made

My wife found a two piece bathing suit on ModLily and the website showed excellent pictures and sizes. The website was easy to use and the item was spot on for fit and size. The item was well packed and was dispatched with tracking detail. All in all an excellent buying experience and would recommend ModLily

Horrible I will never recommend you to anyone living. I have been writing to you since March…Then informed I need to pay return shipping which I promptly. April 24 no suit! Unacceptable. This is All True! I have the documents to prove!

The orders said originally that they would be here no later than April 18,2022 and it is now April 20th and do not see where it has shipped or any orders being taken care of. I wrote because I was having trouble getting on the email website with my email. And when I did finally get on, it said there was no order associated with the account. I ordered for the first time and when I received the bikini it was very nice but just made larger, the only problem I had with the whole experience was it cost alot to return and I didn't realize that process, so I'm now out the s/h on my order plus the return shipping.
