Reason I dont give 5 star review is only because of the almost 2 months delay due to the Covid 19 outreach again this shop experienced in the Beijing Warehouses. However, I commend customer service. They always keep you posted and reply back to your ticket questions to their best. All the items I ordered are great quality they are true to your Size. I am US 4-6. Iam 5.5 feet tall and 135 pounds. They come individually packed, presentable. They are perfect and very comfortable. I cant wait to wear my pink Top & bottom set! I was also impressed with a white TShirt I randomly ordered to test the quality because it had Sunflower details in the front and I love Sunflowers! I liked it so much very soft and breathable material. I steamed it assap at home and put it on. Ideal for Miami Summer days

I encountered trouble on the website when I was returning my products. I reached out for help and didn't hear back from anyone for a month. I then was refused any kind of return or refund because it was past the 30 day mark. I tried several times to explain the situation. The only thing I was offered was 10% off my next purchase. Hahahahahahahah…."next purchase!?" I was also told that they will "Improve their customer service in the future." I'm still trying to understand how that helps my current situation. I would never buy anything off this website again.
My item was delayed for an extremely long time. It finally arrived after contact with Modlily.

I ordered 3 items from Modlily and received 2. As of today I still do not have the 3 item. An email was sent to me and said they could not confirm a date because the plant is closed in Shanghai due to Covid and I could cancel. I did and then got a message that it would take 10-20 days to go back into my bank account. I responded back very unhappy about this since it only took minutes for it to come out of my account. A few minutes later I got a message that I was refunded 11.51 but it could take a few days before it would go into my account. So I paid 19.79 + tax and do not understand why I am not getting my full refund. It has been 6 weeks that I have been waiting patiently and now this. Don't trust or use this site.
I will definitely order again, I ordered 2 bathing suits and the fit perfect and were as pretty as they advertised, delivery took a while but worth the wait and they kept in touch with me throughout the wait.

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
