The swimsuit is not true to size. Customer service was horrible to get them to respond. I returned which was an ordeal. It also took forever to receive the package. Will not order from them again.

Since the items are coming out of China / Shanghai, they, as well as many other products have sometimes suffered delays due to shipping problems. They still do arrive and they're in great shape!
I live in Colorado. I ordered 3 swimsuit from Modlily in February 2022. In a week i sent them back at my EXPENSE since they didn't fit right correctly. After not receiving my $105+ back on my card for a couple of weeks. I talked with the service person online since they don't have an arrangement to speak to a supervisor. She explained that I needed my mailing receipt from the Post office. My husband thought that this was all taken care of and he shredded it along with other receipts. I have gotten in touch with this company 2 times a week since and was told a lie over and over. They would say wait 12 hours and we will take care of this. It wasn't until this month May 2022 that I was told by an upset gal that I will never get my money back without that receipt. They know exactly what I ordered because they sent me a picture of it. It is not my fault that they don't check items in as they are returned. By the way, both me and my husband got specific direction as to where to send it back and followed it. I probably have contacted Modilily 20 times since I sent them back. I will never order from them again and warn my friends and relatives of there scam. Tina Harris *******648 USA
I like the swimsuits I ordered but it takes entirely too long to get them. It took over a month to receive my merchandise. Next time I will order locally.
Took a long tome to recieve my order, one item was canceled, but customer service was good.
The dress is very beautiful and I will order again, just know it takes at least a month!

My situation was dealt with very promptly and all the emails I sent concerning my order were responded to very quickly!
The issue was resolved within a very short period which nowadays is hard to experience and I'm happy with how everything was dealt with.

I was sent email saying a part of the order was shipped, the rest they had no idea when I would receiveitems items. I was told I could cancel my order. When I tried to customer Debbie's would not let me cancel.
The swimsuit is great but shipping and handling takes too long. It took over a month to receive my order. I like many of the other swimsuits and clothes but I will not order again. The summer will be almost over before I get them

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
