ModLily looks great on slender people and their models. But when I get them home and try on most every thing I buy is snug fitting when it shows it loose fitting... and I ordered it according to the size chart. I am not sure if I will keep the swimsuits I ordered. They look ok but they are a little snug on

I ordered a sunflower bathing suit & a pair of black gauze pant, tie at the ankle. Both are quality fabric & perfect fit. I rate a perfect 10!
I was quite pleased with the three bathing suits I received. The fit was excellent and the quality of the material was surprisingly good. I ordered two single swim dresses and bottoms separately. The colors were vibrant as shown. Will not hesitate to order from this store again.
I ordered 2 swimsuits and I received 3. I contacted you to see about getting the "extra" suit back to you. A few emails back & forth and the issue was resolved. Other than receiving way too many emails/advertisements a day, my experience was fantastic and I LOVE the swimsuits.

An item I ordered was not shipped. When I contacted Modlilly they quickly refunded my card for the item.
Ordered 2 costumes in February, arrived in May! I must say I was worried I wouldn't receive them, but contacted them through fb messenger, my order was chased, apparently it was lostwas re ordered and came in great condition. Fabulous swimming costumes, just a pity it took sooo long.
Unfortunately, I did not receive my order. I immediately notified everyone. It turns out that my payment account was hacked and had inserted a different delivery address. Modlily staff were wonderful! They worked with me each step and even replaced my order. It was not even their fault. What great service! I will always buy from them and recommend them to others. Their representative was fantastic!
So far I have ordered a few items... they have been easy to order, arrived in an efficient time, the sizes are perfect fits for the size selected, the quality of clothes are great, the price of items is really good and there are so many options and great styles to choose from. It has been a great experience so far and I am happy to say I will order more and more in the future... thank you!

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
