Swimsuits! Swimsuits that I ordered exceeded my expectations. They look exactly like they do on the website, great fit, great quality!
Order was easily done and the ongoing update on the arrival of my product was much appreciated. Sizing and quality of my garment ordered was excellent.
Had to leave for vacation without the items ordered. Created a "ticket" before I left. That order arrived while I was away. However, still experiencing delays on my most recent order.
I ordered three tops and they came so quick and the were a lovely fit. I am a bigger girl and always find it hard to get a good fit bit I was really pleased with these and will definitely be ordering from them again!

My first shipment was delayed several weeks. I was disappointed to learn for an exchange I had to pay again the s/h costs.
It wasn' t even 10 it was 9 something. I returned two bathing suits last year in September but I never received my money. Because it was an international thing I didnt even bother to ask for the money. So now I asked since I decided to buy from them again. They first said they would give it to me and I decided to ask about the money to a pair of earrings that I never received. They said that I should return in order to get that. I said " how can I return something I never received". Anyway, this went on and on like 3 times and I was like I'm not giving up. There doing this to mess with me til I give up but that won't happen. Finally they said they would give me it and they did. But, when I call PayPal about the other money I hadn't gotten that. They kept saying "Yeah, you're getting it". "Ok but when I have been waiting and asking for this even longer than for the earrings. I should have had that a long time ago"
Anyhow, so now they gave me my money for the 2 bathing suits minus the 9 something for the earrings. So long story short: I got my money for the returned items, but not the one's that weren't returned. Mind you, they showed me a pic of how they send the stupid earrings and said "maybe you didn't see them because it's small." Look at the picture of how they come wrapped. That does not look small to me!
There is cute clothes like there's in other stores that hear you out so it's better to look elsewhere. If I wouldnt have gone through the hassle of writing to them they wouldn't have even given it back even after returning it. So yeah take it into consideration. And there's no phone to call. U need to communicate with someone that kind of understands you thru email.

I recently received my pants and top. Very poor quality for what I paid. I purchased a bathing suit and I was pleased with it so that's why I purchased a top and pants. Won't buy anything else.

I do like the design of the bathing suit. It does fit a little snug, I think it runs a little small. The only thing I saw that kept me from giving it 5 stars, is the bottom of the suit with the blue strip around the bottom looks like someone forgot to hem it. It just looks like a piece of cut fabric. Otherwise a nicely made and designed swim suite.
It was my very 1st order that was supposed to be no postage charge yet I had to pay a small amount ($4.06) to pick it up.
I then had to exchange an item due to size and had trouble getting return label printed.
When item got back I was informed I had to pay postage to get the correct size item sent.
I asked for a refund on postage I already paid on original shipment. Customer service adjusted postage, but I messed up when I went to PayPal (as guest) and paid the full $9.99 amount. Customer service again took care of it and issued a refund to PayPal on my credit card.
As you can probably tell I rarely shop online for anything, but this great customer service is why I would purchase from modlily again.
My item was delayed and I contacted them as I had not received it in a while. They were quick to respond and my complaint was dealt with to my liking.
Order was completed but took much longer than expected. Dress arrived long after the affair that I purchased it for.

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
