It took time to come but honestly it's worth it. I received my package in very good condition and I just love what I received. The fits are amazing and so is the quality. I ordered swimming set and they are amazing. Next time I will order different stuff.

Placed my order, my bank would not let the payment go thru so i had to use a different form of payment. Then Modlily says I have to prove who I am? I am the consumer! Not a scammer. Hoping these bathing suits are what they are pictured on the site.
I mistakenly thought I was shorted one of the pieces that I ordered. I created a ticket. Customer service responded quickly. And then when I embarrassingly realized my mistake, I contacted them and admitted the error was on my part, not ModLily's. CS was very gracious. This was my first time buying from ModLily. I am very pleased with my purchases (swimsuit sets, top and dress) and their service.

Firstly product is very good, true to size and as described, customer service is very good but delivery took forever so if you need product for holiday allow for this.

Wow! I am really appreciative of the quickest response I have ever received in an online order. I am always leery of doing this kind of purchase because so many times either they won't let you return items or they are of a poor quality and they want to discount your money paid way too much.

I ordered 4 items and they were shipped separately (1 in one package, 3 in another). The first package came and I sent a request regarding the second package. Within 24 hours I had a response, explaining where my package was and how to track it. Two of the items did not fit and I had trouble getting into the system to get the return label. Again, customer service helped me get the return label and kept me up to date on the status of the refund and the exchange. They kept my file open until I was totally satisfied with my product. This is excellent customer service especially for a on-line company. Most of the on-line companies just ignore you or give you a hard time. Thank you again for your help and communication through my entire order, exchange and refund process.
I ordered three shirts to avoid shipping costs. Two were delivered; but, unfortunately, the third could not be shipped due to a Covid plant closure. I requested that a credit for the full price of the third shirt be issued to my credit card. It was! Thank you, ModLily. I plan to place another order soon.

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
