The three I have gotten from you are amazing and have an amazing fit. The quality of them is amazing and they fit amazingly. My twenty nine year old daughter even think they're amazing. I still have two that I haven't received but I'm really disappointed that they cost me 74 dollar's without bottoms but lesson learned.
Everything I ordered wasn't in stock. Requested a refund several times and was assured it was processed but never did receive it. Requested proof it was processed and never received it. DON'T order from this site.
After placing my order I realised I ordered the wrong size. I immediately thought i had wasted my money however hoping for the best I sent an email requesting a size change. I received a reply email within hours stating the order has been canged. My dresses arrived well packaged & fitted. I am very happy. Thank you

I recently purchased four Modily tops and capris pants. They are all the comfiest clothes ever. I love the fit and how they look and feel. And the pricing for each item was Fanta. This was my first time shopping with Modily and it won't be my last. Definitely going to be a repeat customer. Customer service is also excellent!
When they arrived they were everything I wanted fit and size was perfect. I love these and bought several different ones.
I bought 3 swimsuits from them. One of the tops was the wrong size. Company wouldn't budge from charging $9.99 to send the correct size. This was my first time ordering so I felt they should just do an even exchange. Any other company would do this. All they said was that the cost was explained ahead of time. An additional $10 cost seems like a ridiculously high amount for an even exchange. Not so great a deal when you add that expense in.

Two tankinis purchased. One great, other a little small. So always order larger, rather than your actual size. Both good quality. Both nice. Will definitely use this site again.

I measured myself according to your instructions on your website and ordered the size recommended, again, by your website. I was delighted with the cut and color of the bathing suit I ordered, but it was way to big. I was very disappointed. I had a Memorial Day pool party I wanted to wear it to. I ended up not going.
I had issues trying to pay for my order with a Vanilla Visa card as a Visa, I think because it's for use in the US only. At the checkout, it wasn't letting me select PayPal so that I could still use it. I submitted a ticket, and then soon received an Emil for $1 off to complete my order. There was a PayPal link in the email that i was able to use. Later that night I received an email from customer service stating that my order had gone through.
The people that you have working for are wonderful will shop with you again please keep up the wonderful customer service

Contacted Modlily this morning and had a reply immediately. My query has been dealt totally satisfactorily and completely. I cannot praise this Company enough. They act right away when there is a need to contact them and never fail to give excellent service.

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
