I was desperate to receive the item I ordered online to wear to a wedding event on Friday 10 June, so I paid extra to expedite the delivery. The customer support team was very helpful and followed up for me, as I was concerned that it wouldn't arrive in time. They checked with the carrier and updated me, because my software protection device warned me that the link to the carrier site to track the parcel was unsafe to use, and in any case, it was a very basic and rather confusing site. At one stage, it showed that the parcel was in transit (image of an aeroplane) as well as a tick next to delivered! I was assured by your customer care team that it would arrive within 6 business/working days, and it did. The local carrier did not notify me when the parcel would be delivered (I supplied both my email address as well as my local mobile number). I was at home all day on Tuesday 7 June, but the local carrier did not contact me. However, a parcel addressed to me was left at street level where anyone could access it sometime on Tuesday - definitely not in a safe or secure place. They didn't even try to fit the small parcel into my locked letter box at street level, and they did not bother to bring it up the stairs to my level, or even leave it outside my front door. Fortunately, a neighbour found the parcel and kept it safe for me. If it hadn't been for your customer care team who assured me that the parcel would arrive in time, I wouldn't have known where it was nor when I would receive it. So, a big thumbs up for your Modlily customer support team, but a big thumbs down for the carrier/s you used to deliver my parcel. The price of priority shipping is expensive and I would have expected far better service from the couriers. Thanks to the Modlily customer support team, I can now wear the item to the wedding on Friday. Their assistance is greatly appreciated. You may want to change the courier companies, though.
I received my order of one swim dress and two tops. They arrived early and in good condition. The fit was perfect and the styles are great. I forsee getting a lot of use out of them this summer. Great clothes, ModLily. Can't wait to see what you have this fall.
After realising my order had never arrived I emailed my concern and someone got back to me very quickly and kept me updated as soon as things changed and had no problem in resending my order. For this I say thank you your service was 5 stars

Given delays due to COVID issues I requested a refund and was pleasantly surprised to receive a response with 24 hours. My request was understood and accepted so I will happily order from modilly again.
After 3 weeks nothing received no tracking info on their site. No reply from service. I will never order at this site.

I rec'd an email saying I had placed a call for my order... the correspondence between your company and myself has been very positive... You have answered my questions and I am still waiting for my order which I have faith will show up between the timeframe you have given me June 7th - June 17th... if not I know I can reopen my ticket for clarification... After waiting over 2 months & totally getting the run around from Modlily they refunded my $71.00 to a closed bank account so the transaction did not go through & they still have my money. They just reply to me & say call my bank. It's a closed account my bank can not do anything your transaction did not go through & you still have my money! They won't even give me credit or resend the order, those crooks! Bad customer service with a company that does not care about their customers. Buyers Beware
The overall experience was ok, I only received part of my order and had to inquire about the rest and I received 1 more item then the other a week or so later. That was the only issue.
Everything went smoothly from beginning of my order to receiving it. Was given a delivery date and was pleasantly surprised when it arrived before the date. Quality was as expected. I will definitely shop again.

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
