I wanted to return only 1 of the 2 swim suits that I purchased. However, when I tried to process the return on the website, I was only given the option of returning the swim suit that I wanted to keep. I believe the chat helped, but until I receive the mailing label., I will not know for certain.
After ordering I discovered clothing going to wrong address. Did an online chat with your employee and was promised that the address would be changed or order cancelled. Unfortunately this did not happen. The day of delivery I was able to convince the post office to intercept the package and deliver to my correct address. So I did get the merchandise in a timely manner but Definately stressful. I also love all the clothing.
The only thing I have a problem with is it takes so long to get my items, but you are one of the best to their customers. Your clothes fit well, and prices are great. I'm 79 and and I buy for birthdays and Christmas presents, also myself. This last group of items I ordered I was afraid that they wouldn't get here before my friend's birthday, but you came through. Ok so I like the idea that top was long and they come with like shorts. Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
