I have browsed this website for a new bathing suit several times. I finally made up my mind as to which ones I liked the best(they are all so pretty I could not make up my mind.) In the end I ordered 3 suits for my daughter and 2 for myself. But... in the process of elimination I ordered 2 of the same exact suit! I only caught this after I had made my payment.The suit was a clearance item, not returnable so I contacted this company via their help desk. They allowed me time to go back and pick out another suit( so I didn't end up with 2 of the same kind) This is the best coustomer service I have seen in a long time. Problem all solved in 48 hrs! I can't wait for them to arrive. Thank you so much.
Thinking of buying from Modlily? DON'T. There are several other online shops with low priced items that are ORGANIZED, REPUTABLE and HONEST. Such as SHEIN. I've bought from both and as for Modlily, never again. That is because they sent me damaged goods. They only sent me a partial refund. They preferred to email back and forth for two weeks rather than send me my TEN DOLLARS. I told them several times that I would leave a very negative comment unles they returned the money. They would rather keep my ten bucks! Okay, then. That's how cheap assed this company is. DON'T BUY HERE. Choose another.

Got a notice with my tracking number that my package was picked up in Coronado, Ca. I live in Wisconsin? Prepared a ticket and after a few messages it was tracked down. Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
