I was really worried I'd get a rep who was impatient and would cut me off. That's happened with other online companies. I had a lot of anxiety when I started the chat, afraid I wouldn't type fast enough or irritate the person because I had so many questions. I even had to ask her how to log in and told her I couldn't remember if I'd set up a password. She sent me the info. What a relief. Also the address for returns, all the instructions, and to contact them back after I send it, with the tracking number. Also to write the numbers she gave me,( to approve sending PKG backInguess) on the FRONT of the PKG. I'm sure that's very important if I want to get my PKG returned.

Wanted to exchange a couple of items. The exchange website is not the best... I had to chat to get a clearer understanding of how to proceed with the exchange. The one I talked with was Oviya, she was very helpful, but just a little hard to understand due to the language barrier, but we finally worked it all out. She did her best to help me understand, and I appreciate her patience with me.

After finally receiving this incredibly anticipated purchase I noticed it was the wrong size —too small.
So I created numerous tickets to find out your exchange policy and procedures. After your u sent me the return label. Therefore, I completed the form requesting a replacement. After weeks, I contacted you and was told I had to pay shipping and an additional amount for the size difference. Which I did. Numerous questions later (as well as weeks), I was promised the return. After nagging, I finally got the tracking information. No updates days at a time. I'm still waiting for my suit lastly promised to me today!

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
