Love your styles. Fast delivery. Called Modlily to inquire about billing and was very satisfied with friendly service and explanation.
I ordered several items not really trusting or sure of size but when I received items, they were not only sized well but were quality made. I did have one item a swim suit bottom that I ordered the wrong size and they quickly approved an exchange and it is on it's way back for the correct one. I will order again.

Was told by agent delivery would be no later than the 18th if march 2023 and told it would be 22nd of march 2023. Still waiting and the agent I chatted with today day said it was being delivered but no other info was given. Will never order from them again.
I have loved what I have ordered before but this order is completely wrong. I received 3 of the same sweater and all the clothing is too small! I have ordered in the past and everything was a perfect fit. The shipping took forever this time and was shipped from China! I will have to return all 7 items.
Toos ran tight in chest and arms for my normal size and was only offered 50 percent refund when I called same day I received them.
Received both suits in decent timeframe, did not like how one top fit, tried to access return option, VERY difficult, just gave up on trying with no success… most likely will not order from this company again

Ordered and delivered in a very timely matter. Was skepticle about the bathing suits...i have had a double mastectomy with no reconstruction. Swim top will fit perfect once i remove the pads. Swim bottoms are comfy also!:

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
