The company misrepresented the item. Ordered 3 bathing suits. One, which was listed as "set" did not even have a bottom and my receipt indicated one. I have had to order a bottom and they are charging $10 for shipping. I tried on one and do not like. The second one was not even opened. Will not refund. You can't get anywhere with customer service.
This was my first order with Modlily, I ordered a lovely trendy bathing suit. I was nervous but fortunately it was a perfect fit! I used the size chart shown with the suit. It did take three weeks to be delivered which was fine as I was not in a hurry.
Purchased two new swim suits for the summer. The quality is great and the fit is exact to size following their chart. Can't wait for some beach time!

Beautiful clothes! However, a few items I bought were not true to size. Most were spot on but, the items that did not fit either could not be returned due to a sale or a return label has to be paid for (even though it states that the item returns free!) I love the variety of fashions but, the shipping fees and few discounts make me tend to consider elsewhere. I wish I would have read the fine print first because I'm stuck with items I can't wear.
Haven't received package. Ordered 3 weeks ago and paid expedited shipping which stated I would receive in 10 days. Have tried their online chat twice and today (June 15th) received email stating order shipped and should arrive between June 3rd-June 7th. How is that possible? Online chat gave me a tracking # today which I checked tracking and label was just issued. DO NOT pay extra for shipping. It is non refundable and does not help.

Received my order, not at all what i expected. Some of the tops are actually made out of felt! Also, the shoulders on the tops are cut for a jr. Hi size girl. Very Dissatisfied. I should know better.

I made an exchange and they kept it. Now they don't want to return the dresses or the money, and when I contact them online they simply say that they will fix me in 24 hours and that was 4 months ago. Do not buy there it is a hoax.
Despite,using the size charts I still ended up with items being too large. Though not overly impressed with the products' quality, I thought I would just exchange them. Not! Return was costly to the US as no return depot in Canada plus I would also have to pay return shipping! Almost doubling the initial cost!
I was skeptical about ordering, I was afraid it would be like other web sites where items take forever to arrive and are 2 sizes too small or the material would be thin BUT my order arrived in about 2 weeks, items are true to size and are I love them!
Easy to order, relatively quick delivery and quality of merchandise was as expected.
