I ordered two items, a dress and a swimsuit. The dress fit perfectly and the quality was great! The swimsuit, while very well made, the sizing was off by about a size. It fits but tighter than I prefer. I will pass it on to someone because it is very pretty. The dress came very quickly while the swimsuit took about three weeks to come in. Over all. I would order again!
When you see a company on FaceBook you wonder if they are reputable. I took a chance and ordered from ModLily. Seriously, I wasn't sure if I would get the shirts or not but yay, I did get the shirts and they are good quality and they fit as described. I will order from them again!

As product is not as advertised, vendor should be responsible for return shipping. Vendor is refusing cover return shipping.
When posting our issues to Modlily and other sites, responses from Modlily have been "Boiler Plate Responses". It seems that all they did was identify a negative review and pasted a standard "We are sorry..." Response.
On one site the response said "you will not be required to pay the second shipping cost" In our view that is the return shipping costs, which as we mentioned above they will not do.
I ordered 4/5 bathing suit tops (Tankini's), was not sure what size would fit. Went to send back the ones that did not fit and they were non returnable. I chatted with the CS and asked where on their website did it say "non returnable" as I was not seeing what they were sending me the pictures from. So you have to click on the product details to see the "non returnable" in writing. I feel that the non returnable should be right on the page you are purchasing the item from in bold red letters. This website is very misleading. Who is going to think to click on product details to see the non returnable notice, and it was in a light grey writing.
The company misrepresented the item. Ordered 3 bathing suits. One, which was listed as "set" did not even have a bottom and my receipt indicated one. I have had to order a bottom and they are charging $10 for shipping. I tried on one and do not like. The second one was not even opened. Will not refund. You can't get anywhere with customer service.

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
