I got the first item quickly but the other two too a lot longer.
What a nightmare! I bought a bathing suit and it arrived in a reasonable amount of time but it was too big so I wanted to return it. Their policy is that you can exchange for free or return and pay the shipping. I didn't want to exchange and wait another 10 days to get it so I paid the $10 to return it, no big deal right? Wrong! They emailed me a USPS label which I used and dropped it at the post office. I had the tracking number and I kept checking to see the progress. When they got the return I got an email that my refund was being processed but only for 2 of the pieces instead of the 3 that I bought and returned. When I asked why only a partial refund they said that I would need to send photo proof of returning all 3. WHAT?! Of course I don't have that because who takes pictures of each item they're returning unless you know you're about to be scammed? So then they asked for a photo of the package weight. This went back and forth until I gave up which is probably what they hope for. I would just say beware when shopping. Their fabric is extremely thin and the sizing is way off so when you get it and it doesn't fit you'll have an issue returning it. Their customer service is disgusting and unprofessional. I won't buy from them again.
I ordered 1 item they took money from my bank account. For it yet are now telling me they did not have any order.they dic not give me order #... nothing...may uncle is now preparing paperwork as what they did is THEFT...suing them and notifying Better Business Bureau...don't know how they have good reviews BUYER BEWARE

I did not receive all of my order yet it says it was delivered. I am missing the bottoms to the pink top which does not fit anyway.
The pink top does not fit - and I cannot figure out how to return it.
I would like to return the pink top - get credit for it and credit for the bottoms that I never received.

Loved the swim suit. However, it took too long to get here.
I like Modlily clothes very much! My only grief is it takes way too long for the order to get here took 3 weeks! Wanted the clothes for vacation only got half my order in time the last order is on its way
I bought two swimsuits and am very pleased with both. They are nice fabric and fit perfect. The shipping takes a short while but they did arrive before I expected them.
The quality and the fit was very good. It fit very well and was figure flattering! I recommended it to others. Would buy from Modily again!

Shirts are made very poor one wash and shrink bad. Also, your sizes I ordered xl and fits like a med not happy..
Ordered three suits, one was a two piece which you had to pick out size for bottoms. As soon as I ordered I knew I had not so called customer service they assured me they took care of it. When they arrived weeks later they were the wrong size! Without good customer service you got nothing.
The material is decent, delivery is horrible. Fix the time it takes to receive the product and we might be back.
