Worst company ever placed an order on June 23rd received an email June 29th with "tracking info" said "tracking info hadn't updated sine July 3rd contact company they tell me the will contact shipper and ask them to rush the delivery lmfao at this point I still don't have my stuff and they are refusing to refund me MIND YOU I PAID FOR EXPEDITED SHIPPING

The tops are cute but poorly made. I ordered 4 tops: one had a hole in the seam by the sleeve and all are so thin they require a camisole.
Bought 2 bathing suits using the sizing guide. 1 fit perfectly, the other had a defect making it unwearable. The bralette inside the suit was way too small, the picture on the right compared to the correct size on the left. I asked for a refund and a shipping label because the mistake was not mine. They are offering me a 20% refund for a suit I do not want because I can't wear it. Also I had ordered the suits beginning of June for a trip and they were supposed to be shipped immediately. They arrived a week after I got home from vacation.

Yesterday I ordered 5 items totaling $127.50. I had a coupon code Love9 which I applied and the system said it was successfully accepted for a $25 discount. My payment page displayed: $127.90,15.99 shipping, 5.61. Which totaled $149.50 but then I got the $25 discount and $2 off one item as a first time buyer so my final bill was $122.50. As soon as I put in my credit card number and submitted my order, I was charged $147.50. I got the $2 discount but it added the $25 back on my bill. I was furious and couldn't find a company phone number so I started a chat thinking I would explain my problem and get the $25 adjustment. Instead, " Thea" told me there was nothing she could do but she would give me a store credit for my next order. Well there wont be a next order and I had her cancel my order. That was a bait & switch practice which is FRAUD. I'll bet this review never gets posted.
My items were delivered in a timely manner. I was very satisfied with the fit and quality of the bathing suits. There were so many styles to chose from which made it hard to narrow down to 3! Good problem
Never got my order! They said it was delivered so i contacted them to let them know that in fact i still had not received my order. Customer service said they would look into and email me. It's been days and still nothing!

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
