I love the swimsuits so I continue to shop on line. I find the ads misleading as to shipping and savings and was really concerned that I was asked to pay an extra fee to guarantee receiving my order. I thought receiving my order was part of the purchase. But again, they have the best swimsuit collections and I have never had to return one.

I believe it was a great experience. All the pictures came up immediately I had no problems going through it all and looking for I needed. Even the size guide was a great help. Of course I had to check my size in my bust and waist three times thinking wow that's the number but I ordered what my number says to order I'm just hoping the top and the shorts aren't made too small or too large.

I wish I could give zero stars. I placed an order with Modlily over a month ago, paying $75.96 for two bathing suits that were clearly advertised as arriving well before the date of an event I needed them for. Not only did the items fail to arrive on time, they still haven't arrived — six days past the expected delivery window. They did offer a new shipping date, 6-19, NOT HELPFUL!
What's worse? Modlily is now dragging their feet about issuing a refund. Instead of simply doing the right thing, they're trying to force me to accept a store credit — for a store I have zero intention of ever using again. I didn't get what I paid for, the event has come and gone, and now I'm stuck with a $75.96 charge and absolutely nothing to show for it.
This company is unreliable, deceptive, and unprofessional. If you value your money or your time, avoid Modlily at all costs. There are far more reputable retailers out there who actually respect their customers and stand behind their service.

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
