Have been looking at the site some a long time debating whether to buy some swimmers for a cruise as I don't like tight fitting ones with high cut legs, too old for that now being 65 and wanted to cover the tummy. So, I bit the bullet so to speak and bought two pairs of swimmers (tank tops with shorts) and they fit perfect couldn't be happier and they look so great on (will take a photo and put it on the site soon). Have also since bought a few tops which look great and fit perfectly.
I ordered 3 swimsuits and they arrived quickly and were packaged nicely. They have great deals most all the time.
The product was easy to order and fit just right. I will be ordering again.

I order ed a tip which was too small and had no problems with exchange versus return. I had preordered a coat and was able to change size from small to medium.
It takes a while to receive an order. My first shipment was a partial order then I had to wait a long time for my second order. I had to email the company and they had to research the second order. Finally I received it.

Canadians must return items to New Jersey or England. There are no warehouses to return items in Canada. It cost me $26.65 to return items for a $72.25 refund. The package was mailed to me from my city but had to be returned to the USA. I will not buy again.

I've contacted customer service on numerous occasions and nothing. Now I'll be stuck with these items that do not fit. Waste of money, with no customer support. I'm extremely dissatisfied. Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
